The geek squad agent was able to tie our wifi together with extensions and improved our system . We are very pleased with the results.

The agent installed my my new Eero wireless system efficently and effortlessly. When I had a small problem, he returned the next day and fixed it. Geek Squad agents are so good at their jobs.

I replaced my WiFi Router with a new unit with 5G band several months ago. This caused a problem with several of my older appliances. They wanted to communicate over 2.5G but couldn't because of being blocked by 5G, for whatever technical reason. My Water Heater, Stove, and Solar controller couldn't connect to log in and report their status. This was annoying, especially with the solar, as I couldn't monitor my daily usage. Finally called Geek Squad, They were able to come out the same week, and the technician was very knowledgable and helpful, especially as the dispatcher couldn't/wouldn't take the full details of the problem, so the technician came in blind basically. But the technician was basically able to reset the router, turn off the 5G, help me reestablish communication with my stove and water heater. (Wasn't able to reestablish comm with solar controller, as the solar support determined the controller was bad). And the technician was able to do all this on her phone, without a laptop. And a one hour job had turned into a 2.5 hour job. In the end I was very happy with the support and results.

Such amazing service, the Greek Squad went way above the call of duty while the service call. He stayed a little long and he connected the Alexia, all are working in the best order ever. He told me I didn't need the extra WI-FI, the stated the previous Eero where not commuting.

The technician Mike set up a new router in my home and he did a great job.He was very knowledgeable courteous and friendly.He seemed eager to answer any questions that I had and he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving.I really appreciated that.He really seem to take pride in his work.I am definitely happy with the service and I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

I was really blown away by the in home service. My technician that was sent to my house was AWESOME. His name was Dillon. He made sure everything was up and running and made sure when cameras were installed everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this service. Well worth it.

The Geek Squad agent installed a new Wi-Fi setup & did a fantastic job. He was quick & efficient. He was very pleasant & answered some computer questions I had.

Although they try hard, not sure the ability is up to standards. But they did come out twice with no complaints.

Andrew did a fabulous job helping us get set up, even though he needed to come back later that day because our internet provider was having connection issues. Andrew was gracious throughout all phases of the installation, and he was very helpful in explaining every detail to my husband and me.

Geek Squad are friendly and professional. They needed to leave to get an additional part that they did not have. They also made sure that I understood how to work the equipment.

Michael, our tech called and was able to fit us in early. Great start. Then he was excellent with installing everything, checking to make sure it was working as expected. Answered our many questions. Overall very excellent tech and super nice and patient.

By the time we received our installation service, we had figured out most of the set up, yet having knowledgeable advice and reassurance was worth the investment. All of our questions were thoroughly answered as well as plenty of additional suggestions and reccomendations specific for our particular situation. Our complete satisfaction was certainly the agenda of the Best Buy network installation technician who assisted us.

Tyler, of the Geek Squad, was a lifesaver! Though our needs were beyond what Best Buy could provide--(We hoped for a point-to-point bridge to send our wifi to another building across 100 yards.)--He was at least able to connect our TP-Link Extender to our in house internet. We were then able to simply aim the Extender at the far bldg for minimal signal, which is a start. His ideal solution was to bury ethernet cable across the divide, but that isn't practical for us. In the meantime, I will continue researching a way to amplify the signal. Thank you, Geek Squad, for the basic set up!

Geek squad was great. After the first Geek Squad tech installed the Orbi, it kept losing connection after he left. Called for service and the new techs recommended the Eero6 system instead. Same price point. Orbi a far better system. They made it easy to swap.
