very knowledgeable about the WIFI systems, I haven't had an issue since.

The technician installed a mesh wifi system, connected all of my devices, ranging from computers, to Smart TV, to thermostat, and smart irrigation. Also gave me tips on items I could purchase to further improve my setup. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and punctual!

I signed up for Total tech Support while in my local Best Buy at the recommendation of Mark, the manager ( #376). he indicated I'd have a $50 dedcutible and save on all future tech support subscriptions. It was amazing! Great service, to have the tech come to my home and help install my new netgear modem I bought from Best Buy!

The technician didn't leave until everything was connected to the new router he had installed for me. He even remembered to connect my cell phone for me, which was something that didn't even cross my mind to do! Always A+ service, and patience for an elderly, not-so-tech savvy woman, and I truly appreciate it.

Anthony was fantastic-Super professional, super knowledgeable. He got everything up and running and connected and was able to show me what to do if things go goofy again! He is the reason I would keep a contract with the geek squad!

Patrick Brooks was sent from the geek squad and they did an excellent job on setting everything up. They were very professional, knowledgeable , and helped answer any questions that I had. In addition , they cleaned everything up neatly after finishing the job.

I was having weak WiFi and the Geek Squad technician suggested a distributed WiFi set-up. The overall costs were very reasonable and the installation was quite quick. No more problem with WiFi. Also, i could tell the technician really liked working for Geek Squad. Nice.

The Real Deal Geek Squad was Great. The tech was very detailed and explained various options available to us. he also explained some things to us about our Wifi setup and Internet Provider that we weren't even aware of.

As I had a bad experience with my first at home appt. Tech did not come and emailed me an hour before he was to be here to tell me he had to reschedule. I set up for the next day with another tech and he was AMAZING! If it were not for him I definitely would not be giving a wonderful review. He rectified the situation and fixed everything that I needed him to fix. He was thoughtful and caring and listened to my concerns.

Daniel did an excellent job installing my mesh Wi-Fi. He was friendly and explain everything before leaving. He even recommended a door ring bell with cameras in which I did purchase later.

Needed help connecting sensors and other security devices to the Ring app. The Geeks connected our devices, and showed us how ALL of them work via the app. Much simpler to have their help than figure it out on our own!

The geek squad technicians were very knowledgeable and they have done an excellent job with installing our wi-fi and organized the panel neatly! They were courteous and professional and taught me how to manage the devices on the app.
