    The substitute for the Geek Squad installed my RING PRO doorbell. He was pleasant and professional. But, it was not a Geek Squad agent. I had wanted him to help me connect my Alexa to the Ring. This did not happen. This job was subbed out to other people. He did what he was supposed to do, but could not help with connection to Alexa.
