Getting frustrated

I am always asked "how old is your computer?". I bought it from Best Buy - May-June 2021. Getting frustrated. The first agent will attempt to fix it then refer it to an "advanced" agent. A couple days ago they blamed my issue on Xfinity - but the new issue today is different and the Geek could not figure it out.
