Dan was very knowledgeable and quickly installed my new eero system.

The agent named Daniel set up our Wi-Fi. He was very knowledgable and timely with the tasks. He explained everthing in terms we could understand. He was professional. respectful and friendly.

The agents installed a new WI-FI system in our house and connected a printer, two Ipads, and a cell phone. He made sure we didn't have any questions and made sure we were comfortable before he left. He was prompt and very efficient.

Geek Squad guy did excellent job installing EERO networking equipment and getting us Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Great crew you sent to my home. They installed my TV a few months back. I switched satellite companies and they brought everything back up and got it synced up perfect. They couldn’t fix Apple, Fitbit or my iPad issues, so refunded the services without hesitation. Great guys.

The gentlemen who did this installation and set-up was such a fine and responsible young man. Very patient and respectful to two aging folks who are not technically savvy. You have a fine employee in him.

This is the second time I used the Geek Squad. The first was for an entertainment center. This time we are building a new house. We used them for wiring the entire house for sound and the installation of three oversized tv’s and three 32 inch tv’s. We also had sound bars installed. I could not be more satisfied with work Art, Jeremy and Conner did. They were respectful of the new house. Cleaned up after they were done. They took the time to explain the new systems and answer all questions without making us feel we were taking up their time. On a scale of 1 - 10 we would give them a BILLION.

Geek Squad staff are the best. Fixed my AT&T router problem that was having trouble connecting to 2.4GHz Apps. They can fix anything.

Michael and Taylor were pros! They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and caring.
