Ken is amazing. He is quick, polite and very knowledgeable. The Geek Squad has been nothing but impressive all the times I have used their services from setting up an eero webnet to transferring data from an old system to setting up email accounts and our Sonos system.

Got here on time and accomplished the job and answered all our questions.

Not only was my tech very knowledgeable about my printer and the installation, but about my network and wi-fi. He fixed everything that was messing my system up and gave me pointers on how to keep it running error free. Thank you!

Seems like I always have an issue setting up new WiFi. So I called the geeks! They were out in 2 days figured out what was going on and was able to get my WiFi up and running. They even downloaded the app showed me how to test my speeds, work parental features, and helped me set back up my sonos system. The squad always gets it done!

As I am still evaluating if the eero i purchased are worth it. I have found out that they restrict some of my emails. Come tofind out there tech service does not even know that the eeros restrict some emails. I called for tech service on my computer, i get remote service since i have Totaltech service. I spent the day with supposed tech experts and they did not know that eeros restrict some emails that they feel could be dangerous, mostly emails thaat are from foreign countries. I kept telling ssome of the , supposed experts that the problem started weeks ago and i realized after i went to You Tube that the eeros restrict some emails, i am a novice at IT , thats why i pay for Totaltech service, now i find the Totaltech service has a bunch of novices that are inept. All they had to do was go to You Tube and they could have learned how to fix the problem. Again i found out about checking with You Tube , I thik the experts just did not want to check with someone who could have fixed the problem, again i was on the phone with at least fpur different tech experts and they all said problem was caused by ATT. They kept me all day and did not fix and i kept on researching and found out about You Tube had answer.

Had a member of the squad install an eero pro 6 at the home. Outstanding service and professionalism. The set up of this system is easy with hindsight because the squad knows exactly what they are doing. He took the time to explain everything and helped make sure all items in the house were connected.

The geek squad person installed my modem/router very efficiently! He went above and beyond explaining everything to me! He also directed me how to connect with the best internet provider to get optimum performance. I can’t say enough positive things about his service!

Cason (service tech) was super. Recommended slight change from the original system I ordered. As a result I had complete streaming coverage without interruption as I was experiencing previously. He was very professional and installation was very clean and coverage was excellent.

Had tried & tried to connect Orbi wifi extender with NO LUCK. Tech came out & encountered a problem as well. Consulted with another tech via phone who had addressed simular problem & worked until units were connected & working properly. Great job!!

The agent came and connected my Starlink in my ‘tiny house’. He came twice to make sure everything was right. Why oh why didn’t I call sooner?! He was pleasant , professional and neat - important in a tiny house!
