    Nice work done, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was that we needed to wait 4 weeks for an available tv install date.

    The good news is now my front door Ring device works. The bad news is in now requires me to unscrew the plate and remove the battery to recharge. My old Ring (same location on the house) never required a battery recharge. How is this an 'upgrade'??? I think the Geek guy just installed the wrong model. He was my least favorite Geek guy. All others have been excellent.
