    The agents set up a Wi-Fi extender because my main Wi-Fi did not have an ethernet port for my Direct TV modem. They did it with no problems.

    Canceled my appointment twice. Very disappointing. No longer desire service from your company. The first appointment was set up and canceled due to illness. The person who called to notify us did not identify what company or who she was calling in reference to. I had to call today to find out if they were even coming. That is when I was told we would have to reschedule for the second time. the first date was May 29th, second date was June 18th. No thank you. Don't bill me.
