The Geek Squad agent that came to my home was very knowledgeable about the product and technically capable to help me acquire the best set up and signal for my new Linksys Velop system, suggesting additional needs and spent as much time as I needed answering all of my questions about WiFi and the Ethernet. He checked my wireless signal strength and made sure that I was getting the best bang for my buck.

Dishwasher/microwave install. Tech called when he was 20 mins away and showed up right on time. Wore face masks the entire time. Have used Best Buy and Geek Squad in 2 different states and 3 different houses, Salem Store are the most pleasant, friendly associates by far.

As I had a bad experience with my first at home appt. Tech did not come and emailed me an hour before he was to be here to tell me he had to reschedule. I set up for the next day with another tech and he was AMAZING! If it were not for him I definitely would not be giving a wonderful review. He rectified the situation and fixed everything that I needed him to fix. He was thoughtful and caring and listened to my concerns.

Andy did a tremendous job setting up our new laptop, eero wifi router and printer. Quick, easy, with no issues. I would highly recommend him and this service to future customers!

As usual in my experience, a great install of my system. I have used the Agents in the past and have always been very pleased with the results. I am a long time customer of Best Buy and have utilized them in various locations around the country. In my opinion, the Davenport, IA store is one of the very best in their entire system of locations and employees.

Geek Squad installer arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable about set up,of my new WiFi system. He worked thru set up professionally making sure I understood all aspects of the install and operation of the equipment. He suggested setup locations and helped me build a better password for system. I was completely pleased and satisfied with the setup process.

Alex was a stud. He was able to do the whole house wifi setup flawlessly. Knew exactly what to do an how to handle xfinity changing to a new modem router that is not theirs.

Really nice and friendly agents. They did miss connecting one computer to the WiFi. I was able to connect it satisfactorily.

The gentlemen who came and installed our WiFi booster were excellent and everything is working great. They did not leave until all items that worked off the WiFi were updated and working and made sure that we understood how to work the system.

The Agents showed up on time and went over my setup from top to bottom. We all worked together to make things complete. It is a very large system and we will have at least one, maybe 2, more visits. We have 3 buildings on an acre and a half to connect with wifi nest mesh and a few other things.

I work from home and spend a lot of time on video calls. I have a separate office that sits about 50 feet behind my house. This system has increased my speed and productivity. It's offers fast, seamless calls.
