    I planned to trade my LG for a Sony Bravia. It was brought out, but I was talked into keeping the LG. It is very frustrating. It has too many options and although I have figured out a lot of it, I still wish I had gotten the Sony Bravia.

    The agent was professional and helpful, but was only equipped to do very basic setup that I could have done myself. I was looking for help to troubleshoot and optimize my new Eero network I purchased to get solid WiFi performance throughout the whole house. I would only recommend this service for people who just don’t have the time, or for absolute beginners.
