Router troubles
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called for phone Tech support and the Tech person did not mention I needed to check a box for my router to connect. So Geek Squad had to come to my house for Tech Support very disappointing because I had the correct page pulled up on my computer but one little check box unchecked is what caused my router to not be connected. So I had to pay a home visit cost of $50.00
