    I planned to trade my LG for a Sony Bravia. It was brought out, but I was talked into keeping the LG. It is very frustrating. It has too many options and although I have figured out a lot of it, I still wish I had gotten the Sony Bravia.

    Geek Squad tech who came to assist in getting wifi modem set up (which we had purchased from Best Buy) didn't know any more than we had initially tried. Advantage was he was able to directly reach tech support for assistance as opposed to our prior attempts & being on extended hold or getting cut off as soon as a life person answered.
