    People were friendly but didn't offer to hook anything outside of the modem/router. After I asked they did assist and in the end got everything running.

    This was installed and used 30 percent of our data within 3 days because it was connected to the internet. There apparently is the ability to disconnect the sound bar from the internet. We had Dish out later and disconnected it. Talking with Polk, we learned about this feature. Best Buy should know this if they are going to sell Polk and install it.

    spent inordinate amounts of time on phone with National Geek Squad regarding what's included with in-home installation fee. Issue still not resolved. Web site and national say one thing, local Geek Squad operate under different policies, Actual installation and installer were fine, but needed to cancel one device to get the rest installed with in-home payment.
