The agents set up my home Wi-Fi system (Eero Wi-Fi System, My Cloud Home 4 TB Personal Cloud Storage unit, GoFlex Desk External 3 TB Hard Drive and and set up computers, mobile devices, printers and made connections to all mod my equipment.

The Geek Squad came to my house, and much to my surprise and dismay, my ancient system just was not up to standard. I had an appointment to go to (not thinking it would be such a BIG job) but they finished in record time and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

The Best Buy reps came in, listened to us about what we wanted and then provided a better solution than what we originally purchased. They installed the item, answered our questions And provided suggestions on how to efficiently use Best Buy’s service in the future.

The tech who came to install our home internet was great! Knowledgeable, nice and got the job done quickly!

Brad was very professional and so nice! He and the other gentleman figured out the problem with our wifi and got us set up.

Could not have been more impressed with this group and the overall experience. They set up my Eero wifi Mesh System in no time at all and made sure all devices were hooked up to it and working properly.

At local Best Buy, I purchased EERO 3 unit mesh system for wireless coverage of our home. Installers were on time and very competent. Great product, great install. I'm a Best Buy customer for life !!

I’m not very knowledgeable at setting stuff up, so I love having these guys that know what they’re doing. Set everything up. They are quick and easy and friendly.

The Geeks have been here 3 times in the last 2 months to help resolve our tech issues. The first call was to mount, connect, and explain our new SMART TV. The guys were fast, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They could have told me we needed a new wall mount (for a lot of money) but instead said the current one was fine-and it works great. The second visit was to install a new router. Turns out that was not the best solution to our internet issues, and the lead that day, Oscar, clearly explained options and expected outcomes. He was great. The third time was to set up our mesh system. Roy was fast and efficient, but perhaps too fast for an older technology user. I had to assert myself to get all my questions answered. However, the system works great so we are happy. The tech guys arrived on time or even a bit early for all the appointments, and all called ahead of time to be sure we were available.

Never would have figured out the install by myself. They did a great job and even came back to follow up.

They installed our starlink system. It’s much better than what was there.

Service rep called ahead, showed up on time and successfully connected to all devices. Discovered several days later had forgotten about one device. Called rep and he returned when convenient to take care of last item. Excellent service and well worth it.

The service in my opinion was very professional throughout from the beginning to the end of the installation process

When I needed help setting up a new modem and WiFi I wanted a service I knew could be trusted. My service person was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail to me. He was on time, careful, and knew exactly what needed to be done!

Matt, Geek Squad member out of the San Bernardino location, I believe he said, was recently at my house for a set-up. He was fantastic. Polite, professional and very knowledgeable! I also had a delivery and set-up awhile back with Gustavo. He too was efficient and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with Geek Squad service. I have consulted with the Geek Squad members at the Beaumont store on several occasions as well. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend BB Geek Squad!!

The office is a mess. No one seems to know what’s going on and no supervisors available if you can even get someone to answer the phone. The actual installers were fantastic, neat, polite and organized. I know one was named Todd. I would highly recommend them.

Sam did a great job. This was his 2nd trip doing a set up for us. He's extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that everything was online and working properly before he left.

Home wi-fi set up was a breeze with the geek squad. Fast set up and checked to be sure everything worked!

They set everything up for us, great job. Had a glitch or 2, but they were right back out to fix them. Very professional & courteous & never made us feel like we were not smart enough to make things work ( which very well could’ve been the case). Lol! Certainly glad we have them.
