Geek Squad agent, Andy, listened carefully and addressed all our questions and concerns. He worked quickly to install a new tri-mesh system that we were hearing good things about and made sure that everything was up and running to our satisfaction. He did the installation and set up of our new tv and modem last year with the same excellent service

Geek Squad guy did excellent job installing EERO networking equipment and getting us Wi-Fi throughout the house.

An employee from the Geek Squad came to our home and installed a new router for our wifi. They were on time, got right to work and when finished checked all of our devices to make sure everything was working properly. Geek Squad are the people to call!

Geek squad installed my new dual mesh wifi system and it works better then my existing system. I have good coverage and no problems with connecting my devices, and i can monitor my single strength through the app.

In the past, I've experienced horrible customer service when dealing with installation technicians, but the gentleman who came out to do our install was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help me in any, and every, way he possible could, even when he had to attempt to gain higher level technical knowledge from his Tier II technicians so he could further help me.

The men from Geek squad went about and beyond to make sure my husband's fall alert watch was connected and working. Wonderful and caring young men.

The agent updated/expanded the Internet capability in our home. Tomas arrived on time, was very easy to work with, explained clearly what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and then checked that all of our devices were reconnected and working correctly.

For *years* I have tried to get good wifi coverage for my folks' home with no success...including multiple failed visits from their cable company who were fond of selling services but never actually testing that those upgrades actually worked. In the room where they needed wifi the most, their internet speeds were 12-15 Mbs. Daniel from the geek squad came out and was *outstanding.* He set up a mesh wifi system, explaining each step and the reasons behind it. Once active, he went around and tested every wifi connected device to make sure it was working properly. Now their internet speeds are 500mbs + and my elderly parents don't have to go outside to use their cell phones. We could *not* be happier.

Oscar was great and knowledgeable of what he was doing . Took his time and figured out the system we have and proceeded to get system up and running I would love to have him back on our neck project.

The installation was outstanding. The service person took the time to set up the system throughout the house. He made sure it was working properly in each area and took the time to answer all our questions. We were very pleased with his patience, knowledge, and the outcome was that we have a great WIFI system now!

The service tech arrived and got our home WiFi set up with no problem. We were very appreciative of the excellent service that we received.

The agents mounted the TV and answered all questions. They also explained things that we didn't even know to ask. We thought we might need an antenna, but they showed us that we didn't. I love the Geek Squad service no matter where we are at. Always helpful, professional and provide great service.

This turned into a TV STAND SET UP WE STILL NEED TO ADD ONE MORE PIECE OTHERWISE IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE I HAD SPOKEN TO 3 people re the change of plan so time was all mixed up. Everyone is helping get this done!

Kamryn was so knowledgeable and very professional at our appointment 03/02/22. He was training Thomas, and explained procedures to him and to us. He successfully installed the WiFi mess system, and answered some questions about my new MacBookPro.

Tech. installed my new HP all in one, as well as our new Netgear 1600. He explained everything as he was proceeding through his task. Set up our HP printer to the new computer and walk me through some of the software. He was very courteous, very patient and very professional.

The agent did a wonderful job in setting up our purchase of three EERO units and now we have excellent distribution of WIFI within every room of our home! My wife and I are very, very pleased with the effort of our agent to please us and enable us to eliminate losing connectivity with WIFI throughout our residence.
