    I just had a most frustrating conversation with a "geek squad agent" so perhaps I can save you some time if you consider using them. AGENT Bianca Marie wasted over 2 hrs of my time, and missed dinner due to her incompetence. First she did a Webroot scan (on line) even though I told her I had just done it at home, then she put me on hold, SEVERAL TIMES, with the excuse that she was helping other customers, after putting me on hold several times (after 2 other agents wasted an hr of my time) she said "hold on , I "promise " I'll be back in 10 minutes (which turned into 1.5 hours) , so much for "promises. I have Total Tech Support so I assumed it covered house calls as well.. I start the call with the statement "I need SERVICE TECH TO COME TO MY HOUSE. Apparently that request was ignored until they figured out that , SURE NUFF' , I NEEDED A SERVICE CALL. At an additional $99. Did they really think I was going to bring my new LG Dryer to the store to get it hooked up to my internet?????
