He was polite, but his communication skills need some development. His instructions on how to use the new router system conflicted with what we had been told by the in-house consultant. I don't know who is right so I'm left without the service I expected.

Waste of $50
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased an Eero Pro and the guys who came to mount my TV were also the ones who installed the Eero. However, all they did was plug it in and placed the beacons in the rooms where I had previous Hardware. The technicians didn’t trouble shoot the new product and didn’t really do much other than plug in the main device. After they left, I noticed they didn’t even plug the beacons into the Ethernet outlet that I had in each room. My signal went from 50 Mbs to 230 Mbs with me just doing that in less than 1 minute. It was very disappointing especially after buying a $500 piece of hardware. It was a complete waste of $50 for the install.

poor service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.contractor put my arlo system up total of 4 hours for 3cameras though i was getting geek squad then got on my new phone found out he was looking at girly pics 2 days after tried to use it found it was locked up still trying to get phone fixed thanks for your help with matter as i have sent in several complants so much for geek squad
