Tech was awesome. Helped us figure our network out. Wish there could have been juts a little more assistance.

Person who set it up was fine, it seemed quite easy. But when we had problems tech support was terrible, rude and unhelpful. She said it was not working vecause maybe tgere were clouds out . . . We are in Phoenix and it had not worked for 4 days. Took me an hour to get tgat advice.

If you have a basic wifi setup need, this service if perfect. The techs are nice and pretty well trained, but are limited on what they can do, e.g. Going under home, moving current phone lines, etc.

The agent replaced the super slim fixed stand with one that can tilt.

The agent was very pleasant. He explained the installation to correct problems from the first time, but in the end, we still have "blank spots" in our house for wi-fi coverage. He said it needs further coordination with AT&T, our internet provider.

Geek squad arrived on time and ready to help me w/ my network. Everything works as it should and I am satisfied.

Unfortunately this was the first time I used geek squad and first impression left a bad taste. I paid for someone to hook up my new router at home. The person who was sent was a tv installer and didn't know computers so he was in our home for 5 hours!! Then had to come back the next day for another hour. After all that, the internet still didn't work and it was a Saturday and couldn't get someone out until Tues. I took it upon myself to figure it out and after an hour and a half got it to work. The only redeeming quality of this experience is that I was credited but I hope geek squad doesn't make it a habit to send non-computer people when ordering computer related help.
