The installer did a great job. Very polite. It took a little longer than expected

the guys were great, but scheduling never seemed to allow them enough time to finish. They had to come out several times and actually still aren't finished as the stereo sound system in 1 room is still not connected to the rest of the house.

Agent couldn’t transfer all files so asked that I take old and new pc to store. They transferred files but in desktop folders which were not very functional. Also my contacts did not transfer. A second geek visited me to finish the install but did not do a good job—seemed in a hurry to leave and did not lead me through changes made AND HE DIDNT COMPLETE YHE SETUP. Next my new printer could not do 2sided copies although sales agent and first geek said it would. I had to tryout and buy another. As of today I am stuck with no contacts on the new pc and using old and new pcs side by side-terrible!!

I always dealing with Geek Squad. They seem to help me a lot with issues I have

in progress until completed, hopefully this coming week.

My Geek Squad Agent was very knowledgeable about the product and installation of it.

Just as I expected: we purchased the eero to get rid of dead zones & we STILL have DEAD zones AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT WE BUY ANOTHER BOOSTER for one room & the other dead zone is intermittent & there was no recommendation/fix for that. FRUSTRATING & EXPENSIVE & we still have the same problem!

The guy that came out was very nice and would have done a great job. The only reason for three stars is that I was not told that they were going to set everything up. So I spent $100 for them to do nothing for me but tell me it was working properly.

The installer did call us to report that he was running late which was good. When he arrived, he appeared to feel rushed and after he left we discovered that not all of our devices were setup on the system. We were able to set up the other devices on our own.

The service is alright. I had to wait a while for the appointment they where over booked. Also now that I receive the service I don't know how to program the stuff because they didn't gave me the instructions they just left things working and that was it.

Fast and courteous service. Took fare less time than expected.

Got my router up and running after 45 minutes, all is well.

Got it setup yesterday. Good so far. Buffering on my cameras less.

The geek squad came in and recovered our password quickly.

Some confusion but overall able to point me in the right direction.

Canceled my appointment twice. Very disappointing. No longer desire service from your company. The first appointment was set up and canceled due to illness. The person who called to notify us did not identify what company or who she was calling in reference to. I had to call today to find out if they were even coming. That is when I was told we would have to reschedule for the second time. the first date was May 29th, second date was June 18th. No thank you. Don't bill me.
