The appt was scheduled for 4pm and was confirmed via text by me on a couple occasions; the last was at 12:45pm that day. Ten minutes later (about 12:55) I get a call from the Squad rep they would be there in 15 mins. which does not work with my schedule as I have movers at my departing home. I stated I could be at the new home by 2:30 but no earlier and they said that would not work with their plans. I cancelled the appt.

the guys were great, but scheduling never seemed to allow them enough time to finish. They had to come out several times and actually still aren't finished as the stereo sound system in 1 room is still not connected to the rest of the house.

I bought wireless router, requested it be hooked up and hooked to smart TV, the technician hooked it up, but had to go to Spectrum to learn how to hook it up to TV. to me, it was not worth the $100 charge for the geek squad. Probably will not use them again.

The TV was mounted and set up and is now working fairly well.

There were two different geek squad visits, one to assess one to install. We agreed to the proposal, when the installer arrived, he said the modem and switcher were not correct for our home. The right one would cost more. I gave up and settled for a wifi booster.

This was helpful, but not necessarily needed as they led us to believe.

The installer did a great job. Very polite. It took a little longer than expected

Just as I expected: we purchased the eero to get rid of dead zones & we STILL have DEAD zones AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT WE BUY ANOTHER BOOSTER for one room & the other dead zone is intermittent & there was no recommendation/fix for that. FRUSTRATING & EXPENSIVE & we still have the same problem!

My Geek Squad Agent was very knowledgeable about the product and installation of it.

The guy that came out was very nice and would have done a great job. The only reason for three stars is that I was not told that they were going to set everything up. So I spent $100 for them to do nothing for me but tell me it was working properly.

The installer did call us to report that he was running late which was good. When he arrived, he appeared to feel rushed and after he left we discovered that not all of our devices were setup on the system. We were able to set up the other devices on our own.

The agent was hassled about time. He greeted us with the fact that setting up the WIFI portion of our order was not included in his job order; he explained he was over booked for the day, however he would do the set up, which he did. The experience did not inspire confidence in our purchase/advice from start to finish.

The agents connected & mounted our devices handed the remote and said this is how it works! We have no idea what we have much less how to work them. They were in hurry to get to next customer! Too much work, not enough time for employees to show customers how things work!

The service is alright. I had to wait a while for the appointment they where over booked. Also now that I receive the service I don't know how to program the stuff because they didn't gave me the instructions they just left things working and that was it.

Fast and courteous service. Took fare less time than expected.

Got my router up and running after 45 minutes, all is well.
