I have to constantly re-connect to the network.

Disappointed

They did not do this and the system crashed completely because the router was not at fault but the connection that later caused the router to fail leaving me without WiFi for 2 weeks. It caused to lose 5 jobs, When you are self employed this is critical since most of my clients pay $$$. Compare that to 0. I still believe the equipment that I had purchased was a better option at a less cost. They also did not fully explain how the hub was supposed to work nor why they app was supposed to work. They did not explain the security feature either.

Geek squad came to help update TV options

Installation of wifi system

Two were cancelled the morning of the appointment. I'm also unhappy that I prepaid $240 for this service and only $221 was returned to my credit card.

I waited six weeks for installation

He greeted us with the fact that setting up the WIFI portion of our order was not included in his job order; he explained he was over booked for the day, however he would do the set up, which he did. The experience did not inspire confidence in our purchase/advice from start to finish.

Unable to correct email & copier problems for$50?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GK SQD GUY CAME. NICE. SMART. FAILED TO RECOVER MY OLD EMAIL SITE. FAILED TO GET MY COMPUTER TO "TALK TO" MY COMPUTER SO CAN PRINT! CHARGED US $50. He told me to go online with GK SQD. CALLED GK SQD ONLINE, THEY HAD COMPUTER AND COPIER WORKING, BUT IT STOPPED AFTER 5 MINUTES. NEIGHBOR GIRL (15 yrs old) CAME OVER AND HAD COMPUTER AND PRINTER "TALKING" IN 2 MINUTES FOR FREE! She taught me how to do it quickly. Still don't have my old email site back. It's still out there gathering thousands of email hits. What do I do now? We paid the $200 annual pmt plus the $50 pmt for GK SQD guy to come out and not get anything done. Please help us. What do we do now?

4 weeks no wifi and still no Blink security after

We have no idea what we have much less how to work them. They were in hurry to get to next customer! Too much work, not enough time for employees to show customers how things work!
