I will never buy from Best Buy Again. Was sold a devise that did fit our current application and was denied returning it. The guy that came out to install was wonderful. He was the one that realized they would not work. I would recommend Geek Squad, Not Best Buy

Our sales lady was Kyana. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our PC Wi-Fi set up was Devin Wachuta. We are senior citizens with limited knowledge. He was excellent. Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.

The agents got the wi-fi hook up and running in no time and connected the tv and speakers.

Jake did a great job in setting up our new tv, sound bar, and the additional wi-fi system that we purchased at Best Buy. He explained everything and we are happy with our new products.

The geeks know what they’re doing!! I had a problem waiting for service, getting it canceled and I didn’t check messages etc… communication mix up. When the guy came out he took care of everything very professionally… great service!

Installed 12 outdoor speakers and 2 subwoofers powered by 2 sonos amps. They were great . Sounds great. Package was put together by a best buy consultant who was also great. Also recently upgraded wi-fi router and satellites package also recommended by same consultant. Install was also flawless. Good products, great service. My experience with Best Buy over the years has been great

Made an Geek Squad Apt. on Sunday in October 2022, the Geek Technician who assisted me name is Sebastian, the Store that I frequent is the Best Buy located on Crosswords Blvd, Cary, NC. The reason for my Visit here was because had some Issues with My Computer he was able to really assist me correctly and Courteous Manner. Also Like to do a shout out to a Daniel from Upstate New York who is now residing here, he suggested I do a Tune Up for my Notebook Computer, he Told me that as a Geek Total Tech. member I was Covered for this Service, if he did not bring this to my attention I would Not had known about it, missed out on a great benefit!

With COVID-19 raging in the country and more so in Florida, it was more than helpful to appreciated that the tech could come in (always wore a mask) He was great about explaining each function and suggestions for us to best utilize the new service/features.

Seamless! Everything went smooth and quick. The knowledge saved of hours of back and forth with our service provider. They knew the right questions to ask, and they were incredible.

These people keep you informed of arrival time, what to expect. They are courteous and very knowledgeable. Patient with little ole ladies. Much appreciated!

Best Buy is a great place to shop with very knowledgeable associates to help you with your needs and computer or other things they sell.ive always have had good luck with purchases and after care buy the geek squad.I find it easier to get hooked up with cell service and more truthful answers to my questions

Geek Squad agent was prompt and courteous. He was able to fix my wifi issue on my computer in less than a half hour. Very pleased with his efforts and knowledge. He also maintained proper covid-19 distance and face mask guidelines working on my computer

We had an internet outage and use a mesh wifi router. Being unable to get it up and running we called the geek squad. The agents were professional and courteous and were able to get our internet up and running in no time.

The geek squad personnel truly provided sound advice for my wifi setup and how I enhance my wifi experience. Worth it!

Had tried & tried to connect Orbi wifi extender with NO LUCK. Tech came out & encountered a problem as well. Consulted with another tech via phone who had addressed simular problem & worked until units were connected & working properly. Great job!!

This is the first time I'm giving Best Buy a mediocre review. I had eero WiFi set up. Shaun, the installer was thorough, friendly, and professional (although as I realized later, the placement of the eero has some issues). However, when he left, he had no business card to give me. With prior installations, the installer would give me a card, and I could call with follow-up questions. I did have follow-up questions and contacted John Garcia who sold me the eero and was supposed to be my "go-to" if I had follow-up issues. Apparently he has been assigned elsewhere. I called my local Simi Valley store (per Shaun's parting comments as to what to do if I had questions) and sat on an endless hold until I got disconnected. I still have my questions and no answers. I much prefer how Best Buy used to be: the installer gave me contact info and I had 30 days access if something went wrong or I had questions. I'm hoping this lack of support is due to Covid19 reopening issues. I generally love Best Buy, but not so much lately.
