I have minor tech skills but why suffer the frustration of setting up multiple devices on a network if you can afford having someone who can breeze through the process and make it look easy. The technician was professional and very nice to work with answered questions and updated our numerous devices so quickly. I really recommend this approach.

The Real Deal Geek Squad was Great. The tech was very detailed and explained various options available to us. he also explained some things to us about our Wifi setup and Internet Provider that we weren't even aware of.

This is the second time I used the Geek Squad. The first was for an entertainment center. This time we are building a new house. We used them for wiring the entire house for sound and the installation of three oversized tv’s and three 32 inch tv’s. We also had sound bars installed. I could not be more satisfied with work Art, Jeremy and Conner did. They were respectful of the new house. Cleaned up after they were done. They took the time to explain the new systems and answer all questions without making us feel we were taking up their time. On a scale of 1 - 10 we would give them a BILLION.

Codey and John were terrific. They lnstalled the eero mesh system with much patience and explanation on how to work it.Best Buy is always a pleasure to do business with.
