    Hi! The staff was cordial and kind. however, our system is not working properly. Every time we turn the TV off the surround system gets booted off the system - same with Direct TV

    The agent came out, but was in a hurry to leave because of another appointment. I’m glad they lowered the price with the protection plan, but now they don’t spend the time with you.

    The in home service for set up took more than one visit to have it completed. But the last person that came out was excellent. If the geek squad had more tech like the last person that came over the service would be excellent. As far as the home service or buying the tech package I would think long & hard prior to purchasing it. The stores & geek squad have some qualified people . In general my experience has been that there are less qualified people as oppose to qualified. If you are like enough to have a store that has really good knowledge people than you be getting very good service.

    Ryan was a cool guy. Informative. Respectful. But I am not tech savvy and my system in my bedroom just keeps buffering all the time. Even reset the whole thing and and still does it. Really annoying and not getting my money's worth.

    The agent immediately to,d me I bought the wrong router. I had already had an extensive discussion in store with Sam, a guy who understood I was upgrading my previous router and would probably NOT need a mesh router. It took quite a while for this tech to get the router working, but he did do a good job on the TV.

    The agent came in walked about 3 yards into the house and then explained he had a lot to do and would not be able to fool with such a small job and with that he left! That is what I thought, pretty crappy. I should have been here but he should have treated my wife with the same respect he would have given me.

    The tech agent did reset passwords but was not helpful in explaining what he did or could not do to ensure that it was at max protective meaning that my smart devices could not be hacked by known or not known individuals.

    Terrible service. Waste of time. The tech who arrived did not do their job at installing my new router, they just connected the new one I purchased to my old one and left a mess, including broken and torn wires that were supposed to be replaced from the new router. I had to reschedule an appointment after already having taken a day off work to be there for the tech, and they cancelled my second appointment THE DAY OF without any prior communication. I had to call to request a refund, and it has been over two weeks and I still haven’t received it. You would be better off finding someone local to help you install your WiFi than go with geek squad, very unprofessional and very disappointed.

    I did it all myself. This is the 2nd identical TV I have purchased this year, as 2 older Insignia T.Vs lost their pictures first, then their sound. Toast!

    Technician was very nice, but overall the visit was disorganized, despite setting up what we needed ahead of time, technician was unprepared for what needed to be done, required a second visit

    The sales person did a good job of "pitching" this service and got me to pony up the dough, but when it was all said and done, I probably could have set up my router and modem myself...

    The appt was scheduled for 4pm and was confirmed via text by me on a couple occasions; the last was at 12:45pm that day. Ten minutes later (about 12:55) I get a call from the Squad rep they would be there in 15 mins. which does not work with my schedule as I have movers at my departing home. I stated I could be at the new home by 2:30 but no earlier and they said that would not work with their plans. I cancelled the appt.

    The Squad Members were SUPER NICE, however, the schedulers sent out people better suited for Home Theater Installation, rather than Home Network Installation.

    I would recommend this to a friend
