    The geek squad service was satisfactory. The agent however was not as qualified as should be as a geek squad representative of Best Buy.

    Received a bad Luxul unit. Waiting for a new one. I hope they bring it with the rest of the install. Half of WiFi is not a party...

    was not easy to connect to right people for help'. I was transferred 5 times to different department and finally got disconnected.

    The Technicon knew his job but was not very good at explaining what he was doing, I had to ask multiple questions to understand what was going on.

    The installation was incomplete. The agent said he would contact Magnolia rep. because he wasnt familiar with my Sony Bravia or receiver. I am a total tech member who purchased thousand of dollars worth of electronics and support has been non existant. Frustrating to say the least.

    Until 3rd personal visit by another tech. Problems were primarily with Orbi setup and not making sure things worked before moving on to another job.

    Serves the purpose, but its rather pricey for the quality and what you are getting. Batteries dont seem to last very long and view is too narrow for a phone.

    The salesman in the store promised a complete setup of the new router. However, the installer plugged it in. Got a few things connected, and left. The salesman said he would check for dead spots, etc. but none of that happened. I have since had issues with connections which I have had to troubleshoot and resolve myself. All in all, I could have plugged that router in myself and saved the money.

    GEEK SQUAD FAILED TO KEEP TWO APPOINTMENTS

    When I first called for support the response was "it sounds like wifi". I was scheduled for appointments, but they failed to show up. The second appointment, service order 85286507, the appointment was for 2pm. I took off work to be available. I received a call at 11:30 asking if the Geek Squad could come in 15 minutes, I said I would be home by 12:30 and he refused to accommodate that or or the scheduled 2pm. He said it sounded like an antenna issue and hung up. I still have issues with my third tv. I was charged for 1 year of support and am extremely disappointed that the problems with 2 sets were not resolved. The rating is less than poor, it was techs that refused to meet the designated appointment times, one even telling me that there have been changes and issues are resolved by phone and even that was not provided.

    They showed up to extend my wifi system but just insisted i work with the local cable company to resolve the issue. Not much help.

    Problems connecting my computer with the internet

    The agent come out and observed my problem and basically agreed with with the problem. He went through some programming checks but was not able to fix the problem. So paid $99 to have someone come and confirm that I had a problem with my computer connecting to the internet. A resolution to my problem was not forthcoming. I am still having the same problem today and am looking for someone who may be able to correct the problem.

    I didn't get my Wi Fi set up. The agent wouldn't even look at what I had set up to see if it was safe and it wasn't, and after he left, I had to reset my PC again because it got hacked again. I called my internet provider and he helped me with it for free. Agents gong into homes need communication training. I felt very disrespected in my own home and I paid $49.95 for nothing. I had taken my PC 5 times previously into the store to get reset because I kept getting hacked. I had bought a $200 subscription. I had to figure out on my own what I needed to do. No one would listen to me. I asked this agent to reset my WIFI Internet Setup and he wouldn't even look at it and I got charged for ? I don't have a good opinion of Geek Squad, I am a senior, have lived in Alaska since the 1970s. I know many people. I have an extended family here: a company project manager, a business owner, teenager who is a gamer, and many others who are on the internet with different devices daily. I won't recommend Geeg Squad. So after $250, I am left with little confidence in GS,

    Bend Oregon store David performed home wifi set up on 18 Mar 22. Every day since we find the wifi inoperative not connecting to the internet all lights and plugs normal. We must unplug the router and EERO to fix the issue. Also we got 0 followup on the work he performed verses he said he would provide that info? What's going on??
