INCOMPLETE WITH NO FOLLOW UP

The agent said he would contact Magnolia rep. because he wasnt familiar with my Sony Bravia or receiver. I am a total tech member who purchased thousand of dollars worth of electronics and support has been non existant. Frustrating to say the least.

GEEK SQUAD FAILED TO KEEP TWO APPOINTMENTS

I was scheduled for appointments, but they failed to show up. The second appointment, service order 85286507, the appointment was for 2pm. I took off work to be available. I received a call at 11:30 asking if the Geek Squad could come in 15 minutes, I said I would be home by 12:30 and he refused to accommodate that or or the scheduled 2pm. He said it sounded like an antenna issue and hung up. I still have issues with my third tv. I was charged for 1 year of support and am extremely disappointed that the problems with 2 sets were not resolved. The rating is less than poor, it was techs that refused to meet the designated appointment times, one even telling me that there have been changes and issues are resolved by phone and even that was not provided.

Too Expensive for the quality
