    0 stars. Gave 1 b/c I could not proceed without doing so. The salesperson said they could come the next day between 7 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to hook up the EERO mesh wifi at no charge b/c I am a geek squad member. I cancelled 2 appointments and stayed home all day. When they didn't show by 5, I went on line to track my appt. and learned it had been rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I couldn't wait that long so I paid someone to hook it up. When I called to cancel the appt and told the why, they couldn't care less

    In store service is 4. Online/LogMeIn Resscue app is 1 at best. You guys outskurce to a 3rd party otganization that is no English as a firrst language and they are useless.....

    Had a scheduled appointment that I waited at home for within the schedule time. Received text that the agent was on the way, however, agent never showed up. No one had the courtesy to call me to let me know. I had to find out after I reached out to them. With no apologies all they wanted to offer me was a refund... what about my time?

    The geek squad was supposed to ridge a network. That did not happen. I connected with an online agent today who was supposed to correct the issue. After about 10 minute he indicated an in person appointment would be the only option. Unfortunately I have a March 6th appointment and instead of having a better and faster connection, I have a very slow connection while two internet options are connecting to the modem/router In addition the agent and his supervisor insisted the only way I could get the support is to pay an additional $99. The online agent did not and could correct the issue. I would like a refund of my pay,ent immediately. Also, the geek squad should be here before March 6th to resolve the issue.

    My Purchase of a router and My home WI-FI setup. please review all the calls and messages. IT IS NOT WORKING RIGHT and i cannot get anyone to schedule anyone to fix the problems.

    I waited six days to get my router hooked up. The tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable but couldn't get phone reception in my area. I was told to go to the Comcast store and have it done. When I got there I was informed that they couldn't do it and instructed to go online by phone. This ended up taking over an hour to do. All in all I spent four hours getting this done.

    Mesh system did not work with Centurylink

    Swapped out current router for mesh system. Mesh system was worse and returned it. Since hooking back up after changes that were made my geek squad installing have had multiple issues. Swapped to try and fix dead spots and now it is worse.

    It still is dysfunctional. There is poor functioning of the wifi installed. It was installed a couple of years ago at a cost of about $15k by magnolia

    Purchased erro for our home. I was under the impression that the Geek Squad would connect all of our devices when they did the install. That didn't happen. Unpacking the erro I could have done myself. Wasted my money.

    I purchased a Wifi extender from eBay and payed for Geek Squad to sync with my Spectrum Cable system. Well, needless to say The entire time the technician was attempting to set up the system All he did was complain about how outdated the extender was and I should purchase some type of Google mini mesh extenders for Best buy that cost over $200! I had already spent $150 just to have them come to the house. What a waste! Save Your Money! Watch a YouTube Tutorial and do it yourself.

    Horrible! I have tried to get my items installed since November 2022, and it is January 2023. The third part with Best Buy constantly reschedule to dates I didn’t ask for and they do it after I have scheduled with Best Buy TotalTech program! I feel like I am in 3 ring circus without the tents. Note I was scheduled to get the security cameras and door bells install and they were a NO SHOW! If I could give the third party a -star I would. Giving them and Best Buy a one is going against my principles.

    So online Best Buy advertised the Nighthawk router with this service for free. I went to the Best But store at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin Ohio and they knew nothing about it. I showed them the product added to my cart on my phone showing the free 1 year service. The manager clearly had no idea about how to handle the situation and kept trying to make excuses saying that it was an online offer only and that they never give that service for free. Best Buy definitely needs to taking a better look at the people they are promoting to managers. As for the service itself...if it is for yourself and you are even a little bit tech savvy don't waste your money.
