    Took long time and still does not work right. Was here forever but very nice. Everytime I turn on computer, I have to redo the wifi

    Our internet was impacted negatively with this install (Eero Mesh System) waiting on a redo of this appointment to reset the functions changed with modem during the installation of the mesh system.

    Another sales potch that cost me money. Totaly unnecessary purchase. CLled tech suppoet followed instructions a.d still worse connection than with original unor. Taking back tomorrow after moving it around to see if that made any differwnct, it didnt. Product not worth it. We recomend geek squad but the upsales need to stop if theu are not needed. We were also lied to on another service and rreTwd poorly by 2 store employees who did not understand the process and who deleted an already set geek squad appointment be ause he wanted to make instead of the phone squad.

    So online Best Buy advertised the Nighthawk router with this service for free. I went to the Best But store at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin Ohio and they knew nothing about it. I showed them the product added to my cart on my phone showing the free 1 year service. The manager clearly had no idea about how to handle the situation and kept trying to make excuses saying that it was an online offer only and that they never give that service for free. Best Buy definitely needs to taking a better look at the people they are promoting to managers. As for the service itself...if it is for yourself and you are even a little bit tech savvy don't waste your money.

    I had a horrible experience with Best Buy. They did not complete a service and still charged me $150. I called Customer Support 4 times without resolve. The last time I called I was switched between departments a handful of times because nobody seemed to be the ones to handle the issue.

    The agent came to install the WiFi extenders. He was supposed to make sure that everything was working before he left. However, after he left, I discovered that my printer would not print.

    We were having trouble with our internet/wifi. Tech guy came to house, was there for approximately 5 minutes and said, it appears your time warner modem/unit isn't working correctly, you need to exchange it. I asked if he could check some of our Cat 4 cable to make sure it was working. He said, sorry, that's an expensive piece of equipment and another guy has it. I'll cancel your appointment so we can come out again and work on it. He never cancelled my appointment or rescheduled it, so I paid $50 on top of the membership fee for nothing.

    Agent said he fixed wifi and booster system. Unfortunately, after he left all peripherals stopped working. Cameras, Bose speakers...everything went down. Worst part was trying to reach someone to come back. No one would respond, including the original agent who gave me his cell number. I would like a refund. Alas, can't get to anyone to even request it. Waste of money. DON'T sign up!

    Never showed up! Was sent text saying they were 55 minutes away and they never showed. Product was delivered following week. When called from customer service my wife and I could not understand a word they said as seemed to be speaking another language. Would not provide manager or someone who spoke English

    Cant connect Fire Tab to home Cox internet

    Could not help me get my fire Tab reconnected to home internet. Connected on initial new router and Modem set up but 1 mo later want me to pay for a service call to check to see if new router may be bad.

    I paid for installation and Eero was hooked up wrong. I thought it was my router or dvr box. I called Uverse and they sent me a new router and that didn't fix the problem. They sent out a new dvr box and that didn't fix the problem, They sent a technician out and right away he said the Eero was hooked up wrong. I lost all my recordings and had no TV for a week. Geek Squad needs to be trained on ALL router connections.

    gentleman was very courteous and respectful. HOWEVER he did nothing for us. He was supposed to check the settings on the Wi-Fi extender we purchased and did not seem to be working for us. All he did was ask where the equipment was, we went and he looked at it but never touched it, never got on a computer to check settings or signal strentghs. He took one last look around declared that all was perfect and left.

    Great for computers, not so great for TV setup!

    My new TV was not programmed for Comcast correctly. I called Comcast when I discovered the problem and they helped me connect it correctly. The new sound bar was not connected correctly. I called Zvox, they were fabulous. Now the sound bar is working correctly. The new TV mounting bracket is great. However, my old TV was not (and is still not) connected to my DVD correctly. At least it is working on the cable box and both remotes are programed for the TV's. I've spent several days troubleshooting and fixing problems. And I had to pay for this aggravation!!??

    Geek Squad disconnected my land line.

    The Geek Squad worked on Internet but afterward my land line is not allowing incoming or out going calls. What am I supposed to do ? I called and spoke to someone with a strong accent who was not able to help.

    Absolutely I lost money they charged for doing nothing Pleas have some one who know the stuff I am with Best Buy several years and buy all my things for. There Quality of customer care is worst

    First, I called and spoke to a rep who barely spoke English. I could not get her to understand I just wanted to get my wi fi to work for my security cameras. she thought I wanted to install new cameras. NO! or to canx my total tech support. ?? NO!. I finally hung up. Then the Chat rep was almost as bad. I finally decided to canx my wi fi support and get a different company to fix it. Side note: in store geek squad is fine but not the phone or chat rep.
