They told me that it was set up and when internet starting working that it would work. Wrong it did not work. They were to set up my new router.

Then when I tried for several hours to get it changed back, management team couldn’t reset it up because they might now disappoint other customers on their appointment time ( EVEN THOU MY appointment TO HAVE WORK DONE “”WAS”” SETUP FAR IN ADVANCE FROM NOW OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!! I’VE ALREADY GOT IN TOUCH With THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND from IT YET!!!!???

How do I register my warranty and how do I learn how to use the products and how do iI return the items if defected without the above? Then I chat live and they said they can't help me. So what do I do??? Also asked for a full refund per there policy it has been hours since the install and they said I have to take it up with the store. Run around. Not happy.

Geek Squad is a terrible program

I had a scheduled appointment for help with setting up EERO to increase my internet service. Even though I was flooded with texts that they are coming in 4 hours, 1 hour--no one showed up, no one followed up. As soon as my one year is up, I will be cancelling.

Rearranged my schedule to be home, but received an email (about 8:45) then a phone call about 9 telling me the appointment was rescheduled for July 10th. Not a happy camper when you get notice at the last minute & can't revise my schedule.

Disappointed

A friend helped me determine that the converter box was plugged into an outlet that was connected to a wall switch so if the switch was off so was the connection. He said it was only his second week of being on his own and that my system was advanced and should've been set up for more time to diagnose by a "Double Agent", but I think he should've been able to determine the simple answer that a friend was able to figure out!

Amazon Prime didn’t work for weeks on new tv.

Wireless - does not always work

I was assured that they could install a system that would work. I said I had real thick walls with double metal mesh behind the plaster. No problem. As it turned out I was right. The walls are too thick for a wireless system. So I paid a $100 to Best Buy to confirm what I believed was correct.

Rip Off

The fellow gave me his tel no and said I could call if there were any problems since I have been trying to get things working for 7 months. But he left and things I hadn't checked were found to not be working and things that were working have now stopped working. No one cares enough to come back and fix things. Your service agreement is a rip off.

Worst Geek squad setup I ever had incomplete

Girl claimed she didn't have time to rewire everything properly and finish setup. Left many of my devises' unplugged without telling me! Claimed she had to get to another appointment making me feel I did not count for anything. To this day I can not get this properly straightened out.

Installed routers

I call and was very disappointed with the customer service. They could not help me I waited also three weeks for my 1 st appointment and I have to wait another 2 Weeks before they could return to correct the problem. But they were quick to charge for the service. I truly won't use the service's anymore or recommend them to anyone. Very sad and disappointed.

Geek could not help me!

The service that I needed could not be performed by the agent and indicated I would have to make an appointment to take my computer into the shop. It took several attempts to make an appointment and when I was able to get one it 2 weeks in the future. I ended up finding a technician who came to my that afternoon and solved the issue in about an hour.

Geek Squad Couldn't Install My New Router

They had problems trying to complete this task and even contacted my cable provider, Frontier, to see if they could help them with installing my new router. they were unable to complete this job and Frontier had to be scheduled to come & fix my problem.

Sold me something I didn't need

I only needed troubleshooting and the rep on the phone sold me something I didn't need. The rep was supposed to put that in his service report and the charge was supposed to be refunded, but it hasn't been
