The agent named Daniel set up our Wi-Fi. He was very knowledgable and timely with the tasks. He explained everthing in terms we could understand. He was professional. respectful and friendly.

The technician installed a mesh wifi system, connected all of my devices, ranging from computers, to Smart TV, to thermostat, and smart irrigation. Also gave me tips on items I could purchase to further improve my setup. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and punctual!

We have struggled to get a reliably strong WiFi signal throughout our house throughout the six years we have lived in it. The Geek Squad, and the Eero devices they strategically placed, have finally done the job. We make use of several Alexa devices in our home, and the Eero nested WiFi system works seamlessly with them. We could not be more pleased with Eero and the Geek Squad.

Needed help connecting sensors and other security devices to the Ring app. The Geeks connected our devices, and showed us how ALL of them work via the app. Much simpler to have their help than figure it out on our own!

I signed up for Total tech Support while in my local Best Buy at the recommendation of Mark, the manager ( #376). he indicated I'd have a $50 dedcutible and save on all future tech support subscriptions. It was amazing! Great service, to have the tech come to my home and help install my new netgear modem I bought from Best Buy!

I was having weak WiFi and the Geek Squad technician suggested a distributed WiFi set-up. The overall costs were very reasonable and the installation was quite quick. No more problem with WiFi. Also, i could tell the technician really liked working for Geek Squad. Nice.

The technician didn't leave until everything was connected to the new router he had installed for me. He even remembered to connect my cell phone for me, which was something that didn't even cross my mind to do! Always A+ service, and patience for an elderly, not-so-tech savvy woman, and I truly appreciate it.

The gentlemen who did this installation and set-up was such a fine and responsible young man. Very patient and respectful to two aging folks who are not technically savvy. You have a fine employee in him.
