I changed my schedule to make sure I was home and it was a waste of time. I canceled my total tech membership because it is crap!

Home Networking issues.

Tried for two weeks to get a call back from initial service. Contacted the tech as well as the manager and never got a call back. Escalated and was assured that I would receive a call back and never received a call from anyone at the Geek Squad. Still do not have an appointment set up.

DO NOT HAVE BEST BUY PUT A NETWORK IN YOUR HOME

Sales person -Ryan disappears, Install tech - Jasper. Sells you tech support but no one can help you over the phone even to reset equipment. Charges $200 every time they come out and usually takes 2+ days to be able to come fix.

Nice guy, but incompetent technician

As a result, I have been left with limited or no internet access for most of 24 hours. I have generally had good luck with BB, but this has left me really in a bad place.

Overpriced

I wound up getting a friend of mine to look and it and he fixed it for me. Thanks for nothing. I wish I would have bought the wi-fi extender from someone other than best buy. Hate to give them the business then have geek squad give me the business.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first purchased I did not get the product I paid for I had to go back in and pick it up then my computers were being serviced and Geek Squad help that held it up longer than I was supposed to so I had to reschedule again in the third time the technician comes in and breaks my modem so I had to buy a new one so I just cancelled their installation

I am very dissatisfied.

We're at zero for our last four interactions. No one seems to care.

Delayed because of covid scare, no communication about when they might be able to come, I installed it myself. Saw recently that the service had been fulfilled, but it never was. Haven't had the chance yet to check credit card to see if I got billed for non-service.

Be careful before you hire them for network help.

Two times they made appointments and both times they cancelled. I had to do the trouble shooting myself. I paid top $$ for Geek squad support for nothing but a headache. Won't be using them again.

poor installer option

We got everything going except printer...gas been over a week and geek rep advised Blgtn rep would handle, then add his boss would handle ...no response. Not at all happy with this service!!

Geek squad never showed up
