    Unable to use service... Comcast equipment involve

    This service could not be completed because comcast equipment was involved. Geek should have know this as it was the Geek squad that informed me that I needed a different modem to accomodate my telephone. I feel this should have been noted somewhere. However all technicians have been helpful, informative, and courteous.

    GEEK installed Eero mesh 6.0. Disconnected Ring system and printer. Gees failed two repair home appointmnets. and now want to charge me $99.00 fee to repair, and still within 90 DAY WARRANTY!!!!!

    Got nothing out of the visit. Geek squad sent a home theatre guy out to fix a WiFi issue. He had no clue how to fix my issue and told me to go through Netgear to get it resolved. Super helpful! Thanks guys

    I bought this on the advice of the century link repairman. Best Buy sent an expert to install it. He never even opened the box. He said I needed something different. So I returned it.

    Geek Squad failed to show up for appointments

    Geek Squad has the worst customer service. Tech failed to show up for May 3 appointments. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day and again tech failed to show up. Reported it to customer service and got the run arounf

    The person who came to sell us the product, sold us the wrong product. When the installers came, they did the doorbell well but as far as the wi-if they didn’t know what they were doing. We ended up doing it ourself and returning half of the equipment that was sold to us.

    I asked for a receiver when the person doing the evaluation came, so I could return the one from Comcast. I didn't get one. The speakers keep disconnecting from my phone. My doorbell catches everyone going in and out of my neighbors house. I paid a lot of money for service that got me nothing. I am not happy.

    If there’s a zero star, I’d choose that. Total tech customer here. Scheduled in home set up. Nobody showed up. And now after two weeks, I get calls from the 1-800 number everyday stating that I should reschedule this appointment. Funny!

    Someone came out and was lovely but wasn’t able to help. I was told I would get a call from someone in the custom dept since my job required a lot more work. I’ve followed up three times. No one ever called.

    I had Spectrum install WiFi not Geek Squad

    I paid Best Buy to install the modem and receiver but before my Samsung tv was installed I had Spectrum install the devices. The tv was mounted too low which hid my sound bar. I need some one too come and raise the tv on the wall so I can put the sound bar in front of the tv

    I needed computer assistance and they sent a TV installation team. Third time I have ordered in-home assistance only to have the wrong type of crew sent.

    After spending almost 6k to install smart devices and WiFi in June 2021 I had to pay for Geek Squad to come out to repair the WiFi Geek Squad installed. Sad, guess I'll have to go somewhere where they stand behind the work they do.

    This service was not completed and I was charged for it. I have been trying for three days now to get a refund and no one I have been able to reach (local, online, 1800bestbuy, etc) has been able to help me. This is horrible customer service and gigantic rip off.

    Sent 2 techs that had no idea how to fix computer problems. Stating, twice, that another tech was going to come and fix the computer problems, (later in week) of course, no one ever showed up. Never use or refer the Geek Squad to anyone!!!!!

    Geek Squad service has been a disaster. Many of the people you speak with on the phone are not really conversant in English or just "half listen" It this doesn't get correct, I will choose another IT service and I am sure I am not the only one.
