Horrendous Customer Service

The person who did call with an update was very difficult to understand and was focused only on his process rather than our outdoors.

poor follow up service

Recommended a hard wire. Said he would have someone call. I did receive a voice mail that someone would call. That did not happen

Sloppy work

They didn't clean up the wires they ran looks like spaghetti and they didn't complete the service the first time at my house. Paid way to much for the service I received. Not happy at all.

NAS cloud network installation

However, when he told me I was not getting my Ethernet switch wired because the in store person wrote the order incorrectly left me wondering what I was paying for. Still not happy.

This is too long to have us sit around. Most services give you two hours and then call when they are on the way.

He did not know how to install & had to call another tech in Spanish to walk thru installment. Luckily it was so simple I could have done it and saved $106.00!! Waste of money

Geek Squad tech could not install it

He said I had to have the spectrum modem for the land line, but I could replace the router with my own if I wanted.

Two billing cycles, still no refund of Geek Squad
