    I cancelled this appointment 3 times, and still they called and wanted to come over. I did not get this service and will not pay for it.

    Geek Squad tech Connor needs more training.

    Paid to upgrade wifi but it’s now worse

    “Horrible” did not reconnect ANY ALEXIA SPEAKERS, they were connected to system prior to adding the more improved WIFI SYSTEM.
