Mike showed up to help us fix our wifi coverage issues and looking at the tech I had, gave me good advice of what to procure. Once I had it, he was back within two days of me calling to schedule and got us set up really well. Professional, and excellent at his job. Thank you, Mike!

Just amazing! Brayman and Geek Squad set up my new TV and soundbar, and noticed the clutter of cables running through my condo to a work computer in another room that has to be hard wired to internet. They educated me on how to fix that with a 2nd eeros box, spoke to the tech support unit of my internet company in tech language far above my level of understanding. Now my condo is more livable and clutter-free, and I have a great TV! So professional. Thank you!

The Wi-Fi on my wife's Lenovo AIO failed for no discernable reason. After spending hours myself and with BestBuy's on line support it was necessary to schedule a home visit. The assigned tech called and when I explained the problem, he said a more appropriate tech was needed. No problem as he arrived as schedules and after conducting test determined that the easiest fix was to purchase a external wi-fi dongle. Computer now works like a charm. Great service and very professional techs.

The Geek Squad agent that installed my eero wifi mesh was really helpful. He brought the equipment with him we had discussed on a previous visit and installed it quickly. He then took the time to show me how to use the Eero app. His recommendations for placement are working beautiful. No more wifi dropping off or Alexa not working because there is no wifi.
