Awful experience. Wonder if I will use them again.

Cannot make a review because Geek squad didn't show

Excellent job. more complicated than i expected. Two techs expertly integrated Orbi router with ATT Air modem. Then carefully assured that all home devices would connect. Very pleased w outcome as well as tech professionalism

Great job. They associates showed up at the designated time. They installed the product, and check all connections. All work great.

Agent immediately notified me of what he thought. The problem was and we actually adjusted my bill because it was scheduled to do something that didn’t need to be done! So I got good advice and a discount.

Geek Squad staff always take as much time as needed to fix the problem. They show patience with un-techy people like me and check to be sure I that I understand what's been done and how to use the fixed device.

Geek Squad recently updated our Eero system and the technician was great! He was thorough in his approach, answered all questions and ran multiple tests to be sure all units worked optimally. His professional demeanor was appreciated. We highly recommend Geek Sqaud for our technology pgrades and installation.

The Techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked very efficiently and answered all my questions Distinctively. The only Drawback was getting an appointment. As my Father used to say, It was like pulling teeth from a Tiger. Who ever coordinates the appointment was very uncooperative and with Atrocious communicating Skills.

The technician seamlessly set everything up for us; he was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I give Joe five stars!!!

Just amazing! Brayman and Geek Squad set up my new TV and soundbar, and noticed the clutter of cables running through my condo to a work computer in another room that has to be hard wired to internet. They educated me on how to fix that with a 2nd eeros box, spoke to the tech support unit of my internet company in tech language far above my level of understanding. Now my condo is more livable and clutter-free, and I have a great TV! So professional. Thank you!
