The agent helped me set up a mesh node system. He advised on best locations and programmed each node. He was extremely patient with someone who is not tech savvy. Well worth the money in time saved and understanding I gained.

The Wi-Fi on my wife's Lenovo AIO failed for no discernable reason. After spending hours myself and with BestBuy's on line support it was necessary to schedule a home visit. The assigned tech called and when I explained the problem, he said a more appropriate tech was needed. No problem as he arrived as schedules and after conducting test determined that the easiest fix was to purchase a external wi-fi dongle. Computer now works like a charm. Great service and very professional techs.

The Geek Squad agent that installed my eero wifi mesh was really helpful. He brought the equipment with him we had discussed on a previous visit and installed it quickly. He then took the time to show me how to use the Eero app. His recommendations for placement are working beautiful. No more wifi dropping off or Alexa not working because there is no wifi.
