This was the easiest setup I've ever done. The very knowledgeable technician setup and explained wi-fi installation. Completed install and explained system operation within 2hrs and I was back to work.

Geek Squad Agent was excellent, knowledgeable & very service oriented. The process of arranging the house call--not so much. Asked for specific agent & told no longer working there. Learned later person on phone was wrong. Time block was 8-12 & Agent came shortly after. FYI, this house call was several weeks ago.

Great crew you sent to my home. They installed my TV a few months back. I switched satellite companies and they brought everything back up and got it synced up perfect. They couldn’t fix Apple, Fitbit or my iPad issues, so refunded the services without hesitation. Great guys.
