Arron Came out & Diagnosed My 65 Inch Samsung TV with a Bad board inside the TV, and he was ordering the part. When a different Tech, Mark came Last week he said we will replace the board inside the ONE Connect Box since you have had trouble with that part in the past, Original problem with the TV was it Clicking 5 times before it would come on & sometimes it would Not come on at All, Unless you turned it off and On 3 or 4 times. When he replaced the board inside the One Connect Box and turned on the TV, the Internet Would Not Work. It was Working Before he replaced the Board in the One connect Box. He said he was going to order a New Internet Board and he returned Today to install it. When he arrived, I told him The TV is still Making the 5 clicking noises it was before he Replaced the Board inside the One connect Box. I ask Him NOW What? He pulled out his Company remote and checked the information on the screen and Determined the TV Now needs a Different Board Inside the TV along with a new cable & it will cost OVER $ 400.00 More than what I paid already for Board in the One Connect Box It Did Not Need . He also wants to Charge More the Internet Board that THEY Broke !! This the WORST SERVICE I Have EVER Had from ANY Company. So the Tech got offended When I ask what they were going to do, I told them I wanted to speak with there Supervisor and they said They Did not Know his Number, But they Knew his name Was Eddie. So they didn't install the Internet board, that They Broke and they Left and Told me to have a nice day. I called and Left a Message, I have Been with Best Buy for a Long Time, Total Tech the Whole thing. I pray they do the right Thing,

I had connection issues which had been set up 2 years before by geek squad. Had ATT out the day before geek squad. They replaced everything. Geek squad did a great job of reviewing my eeos set up to maximize my speed. Great job.

Jacob mounted our outdoor tv and sound bar. We had issues with our Wi-Fi due to the distance so Jacob helped us get the Eero system and installed it. Everything seems to be working great!!
