She also took the time to explain what she was doing, so that I had a better understanding of how to handle the devices that were added that I had previously had part of my home automation. I am in the process of moving and had the Geek Squad come out twice to "help" install and set up tvs, Google devices, etc. "Help" is a lie; they did it all for me! The team was wonderful; I can't sing their praises enough. I will never be without them. Once I am all moved and in my new home, I will have them come out again. They are lifesavers - true professionals and experts at what they do! I highly recommend.
