The agent accomplished everything I needed him to and was on time, courteous and professional.

Truman did a great job checking out my router and making sure I understood how it worked with my tv and computer. He also reset my lights so they worked with voice activation. I recently lost my husband who handled that type of thing in the past. Truman helped me figure out just how things work.

Bought LG TV on 2/2/26, Agents came & delivered, mounted TV, set up new WiFi. TV worked, but streaming on TV quit working after they left my house. Next day LG TV did an update. Still nothing. Notified BB that Geek Squad guys needed to come back. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back here, during which streaming only worked intermittantly for total of 5 days, then crapped out again. Agent finally made it back to my house in first week of March. Putzed around with hand held computer analyzer app, walked around the outside of the house to check the cable connection to the house, and then declared that he “wasn’t going to dick around with this TV” and that he would notify BB that I should receive a replacement. He stated that he would notify BB and that I would get a phone call from them in the afternoon to set up an appointment for him to come back and install replacement TV. I sat at home all day waiting for this call which never came. Finally called him the next day and left a message on his answering app that I hadn’t heard from BB when he said I would. Pleaded for him to call me back. It’s been 4 days, still haven’t heard from anyone. We even went to the store in Kohler on the weekend to hopefully get some help from them. No luck there, either. I don’t appreciate being ghosted by BB or any of their representatives/employees. I will never buy another TV from them in the future. I had always bought my electronics/TVs from BB over the years, but after this I will go to Suess in Appleton if I have to. They, at least, stand behind their product and offer customer support service. All this after I had bought the $200 annual membership and the 5 year warranty. Fat lot of good that did.

Tech was on time, professional, and informative. She answered all my questions, and left her phone number with me (encouraging a follow-up call if I had any problems with the systems she set up).

Jessica was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. If we had an issue during the set up, she resolved it. She also took the time to explain what she was doing, so that I had a better understanding of how to handle the devices that were added that I had previously had part of my home automation. I couldn't be more pleased.
