Geek Squad to the Rescue

One night i thought my computer was hit with a virus and i immediately contact Geek Squad. The representative was able to remote in my laptop and run tools to validate. Had I not had Geek Squad, I would have to wait till next day and the damage may of been done already. I recently purchased a high end wifi and needed assistance, Geek Squad came out and quickly set it up and even instructed me how to use it.

Geek Squad Factory Reset Router Fix

He was able to explain the issue and the method he was using to resolve it helping me set up my Wifi Router which was a Netgear Nighthawk. He also made me aware of the 6G band that is now available for future use. The rep was knowledgeable and highly recommend the Geek Squad service.

Geek Squad installed new WiFi network
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad tech was on time and installed a new modem, eero system and worked with Spectrum to make it all sync together. She was polite, efficient and a good representative for Best Buy. She made sure everything worked and if there were any questions.

my install was a great experience

He was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable, but patient & explained everything in a way that I could understand. He is truly as asset to Best Buy!

Geek Squad reconnected my desktop computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer Geek Squad came out to reconnect my desk top computer, printer, and WIFI after my house was recarpeted. The agent who came was very knowledgeable and professional. He did all reconnections within 45 minutes and answered all concerns that I had. He did an excellent job. I was so happy that I have a Geek Squad membership.
