Geek squad helped me install everything I needed!

She came in and set up my router for my internet and got my computer all set up and running and also my Kindle and Notepad! She suggested that I get the 1 year geek squad membership that turned out to be a much better deal than the whole visit would have been! Thanks Jody

Geek Squad set up my Wi-Fi router

Geek Squad set up my new router/modem.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new combination router/modem from Best Buy but was unable to set it up correctly. The Geek Squad member arrived precisely in the time frame given to me and was able to able to set up and connect both my computers to my internet using the new router/modem. The technician was pleasant and understanding and in the process I learned more about my system.

strong wifi equipment

Cost of installation by Geek Squad was high, considering I am a member of their annual tech support group.

Geek Squad is Outstanding!!

He answered all my questions and showed me what steps he was taking to set my internet up. He walked me through the app and set up. Couldn’t ask for better service.
