Helpful and knowledgeable staff who was thorough and friendly

The agent was not very friendly. He was their to help w an inconsistent signal on my Netgear Mesh system. He asked if I was has having any trouble connecting devices & I said no, so he asked “why I am I here then?” Conversation trickled downward from there. Note that he did assist in resolving an unrelated issue regarding my Arc Soundbar.

The agent was very professional and his knowledge of what he was doing was very obvious. He understood what the problem was and proceeded to connect my wi-fi extender to the main system. He was in and out after answering all my questions.

Our tech Ryan was fabulous. He was very courteous and fully understood our complaint of intermittent internet service and recommended the eero mesh system. Since we installed this new device, our internet has been flawless. Great job by this wonderful technician.

I have had the same agent take care of a number of issues with my computer and equipment. He is the best! He always lets me know when he's coming and gets everything taken care of quickly. He also explains what needs to be done. Couldn't ask for better service!!

First, let me say I am very pleased with the people Geek Squad sent. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I am displeased that the moment they left, the issue they came to fix, broke down again. I tried calling/texting the person who had just left that I was having the same issue they came to fix. They did not return my call. And the WORST thing, I cannot get a live technician on the phone. No matter what I said or how I phrased my issue, the "Virtual Assistant" could not connect me to a live technician. I even tried calling the store directly, but they have the same Virtual Assistant. I will tell all friends, family and acquaintances what poor service I received and will discourage everyone I can from using Best Buy.

I bought in Best Buy my HP Computer almost seven years ago. Obviously, the server of Wifi and or Internet are by far most rapid or faster than my computer, However, thanks to the suggestion of Eduardo a Geek Squad Service, who ask me to get a Linksys Dual-Band Wifi 5 USB adapter, and since my computer is working fine. faster

The Geek squad service was top notch. Their representative was cordial, knowledgeable, took the time to explain what he was doing, what he was recommending and why. He was also able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

Mitch did the work. He is outstanding and very competent.

I was unable to connect my new computer to my Wi-Fi. The member of the Geek Squad who visited my house was somehow able to locate the Password for the modem/router which was part of my first Wi-Fi set-up. I had not saved the password when that piece of equipment no longer functioned and was recycled.

The Geeks did an excellent job setting up my mesh network. They were able to resolve issues I was having trying to do the job myself. They saved me a lot of time and frustration and answered all my questions.

The person who helped me select a new computer was very knowledgeable. Sam at the Geek Squad was friendly and helped me with everything I needed to get my new computer working. The only issue I had was that most computers were out of stock. I ended up selecting one that is smaller than what I wanted.

My Agents Chris and Jessee put my home theater and computer system in with a Sonos bar. Exact, works perfect and taught me proper use. I have had a FullTech for 20 years. Very grateful.

The agent was fantastic, on time, spoke English, and solved our issue without telling me I needed to buy more equipment. That is what Best Buy has always been my go -to with all things computers, network and electronics.

Dre, the technician who provided the in home service, was awesome. He was early, very efficient in setting up the WiFi extender and made aware of services available by Best Buy

Geek Squad came to home and installed the Mesh WI-FI system, the tech Justin was GREAT he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. And I was very pleased no more dead zones in my house. Thank You Justin & Geek Squad for being there.

The young man who came to my home to set up my Eero device was very friendly and professional. He explained how the device works and some misconceptions I had about WiFi and security. I appreciate his honesty..

Brandon Broadway and his capable assistant, mounted and installed my Starlink System and made certain all components were working properly--from PC to printer! Very knowledgeable and competent Geek Squad members!

Jedediah did a great job setting up my new modem and getting the internet service transferred to it. In dealing with my internet provider he gave them the information quickly and knew exactly how to answer their questions with no hesitation.
