The agent set up my tv now that I removed cable services. He was courteous and did the job above and beyond the necessary service.

Geek squad tech was having the same difficulty in initiating mesh routers. However he did notice VPN was toggled on with my iPhone. Sure enough it was the one thing preventing mesh setup.

The wifi installation was made more complicated than it needed to be because MY phone didn't work. But the technician stuck with it and got everything up and running! He was outstanding!
