I has issues with things on my network I did'nt recognize. Geek Squad came over + checked out my computer. They assured me nothing was amiss but in the mean time increased my security to make me feel secure. Total Tech is the way to go!

Having found an ASUS AX3000 Dual Band Router on sale it was a good time to upgrade my network and the Geek Squad came to the rescue to link all associated devices including the security system, Ring door bell, including the IRoomba vacuum, etc.

Martin was excellent. Very talented and knowledgeable and explained things to us. He did the setup in a short time and the TV works great now.

They came and did everything perfectly. I highly recommend their services for those of us who are not " Do it yourselfers" . Save yourself the grief of spending hours trying to make these complex devices work .

Your agent seems exceptionally skilled in resolving problems with systems. He was reassuring as he worked that it would be done in a few minutes and he was right.

They were fast neat and answered all my questions. They were able to work out the problems I was having with my TVs and corrected them. It was great

The 2 agents who came to the house to do the tech install were terrific in every way. Would recommend the in-home Geek Squad techs. They were knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and patient.

My agent Joseph was able to set up my Verizon internet and connect all my devices and TVs very quickly and changed the password and network name as I requested. He was fast and efficient!

This is not the first agent I've had at my house but it is the best agent I've ever had at my house he knew it all didn't stumble one time very nice guy and I hope he always comes back to my house I have trust in him.

The agent set up our Wi-Fi extender quickly and efficiently. The agent was very pleasant, helpful and gave us advice as to what other steps we could take to make our Wi-Fi as good as it could possibly be.

The agents came in and mounted my TV and helped with the basics however, I do wish the price of geek squad coming out with so much cheaper. Best Buy charges insane amounts for geek squad to come out.
