Agent Bill with Home Geek Squad did a great job setting up our home Eero wifi system. He scoped out three tv locations, then got the Wifi going with the desktop and entire house. He helped us with settings for each TV and explained how to access the wifi TV offerings.

At local Best Buy, I purchased EERO 3 unit mesh system for wireless coverage of our home. Installers were on time and very competent. Great product, great install. I'm a Best Buy customer for life !!

The agents set up my home Wi-Fi system (Eero Wi-Fi System, My Cloud Home 4 TB Personal Cloud Storage unit, GoFlex Desk External 3 TB Hard Drive and and set up computers, mobile devices, printers and made connections to all mod my equipment.

Geek Squad is always excellent in their service. David Carpenter is always welcome in my home. He takes the time to ensure all is working well before a thorough explanation. This time it was to set up and transfer data to two new laptop computers.

These people keep you informed of arrival time, what to expect. They are courteous and very knowledgeable. Patient with little ole ladies. Much appreciated!

Made an Geek Squad Apt. on Sunday in October 2022, the Geek Technician who assisted me name is Sebastian, the Store that I frequent is the Best Buy located on Crosswords Blvd, Cary, NC. The reason for my Visit here was because had some Issues with My Computer he was able to really assist me correctly and Courteous Manner. Also Like to do a shout out to a Daniel from Upstate New York who is now residing here, he suggested I do a Tune Up for my Notebook Computer, he Told me that as a Geek Total Tech. member I was Covered for this Service, if he did not bring this to my attention I would Not had known about it, missed out on a great benefit!

Geek Squad was able to connect my solar panels to wifi and improved high speed internet access at the same time.

Although the system we first purchased was not big enough to cover our house, the Geek Squad were excellent teachers, explaining what we need to buy at Best Buy to cover our home. I am sure the item would be fine if our home was not so spread out. We have taken their advice and are getting a more appropriate wi-fi system.

Service rep called ahead, showed up on time and successfully connected to all devices. Discovered several days later had forgotten about one device. Called rep and he returned when convenient to take care of last item. Excellent service and well worth it.
