    We have had some complex issues with wireless and the tech had to call the router mfg’er to get some resets there. Eventually got everything working again

    I recently purchased three Samsung TVs from BestBuy (two with Soundbars). The settings seem to have changed since the technician left and I am now hearing sound only from TV and no longer able to get sound output from TV and Soundbar simultaneously. Can someone from Geek Squad contact me or would a technician be able to return to help adjust the sound settings so that I can hear sound from both TV and Soundbar at same time?
