    The review I’m giving isn’t the fault of the technician. The problem is that the person who took my call sent the wrong type of technician for the issue I was experiencing. I needed a technician who could figure out why my internet keeps dropping. However, the technician that was sent on the call told me that he specializes in home theatre installations. Although he wasn’t able to determine why my internet drops from time to time, he was able to get the internet working on one of my iPads. So, his visit was a complete waste of time.
