    This is the worst thing experience. First they told me they were able to come and set it up on my roof and then they came and they said no we can’t go on the roof. We’re not able to do it and wasted my whole week.

    We got Wi-Fi set up but took the entire Hour and is a little hard to use. I was surprised to be charged $130.00 for the visit after I have Total Tech.

    We have been Total Tech members for years. Wi-Fi not working . Took five days to get service. Geek squad person shows up, spent an hour and “forgot” his laptop. Promised to arrive next day - NO SHOW and NO Communication. Waited two more days - again NO SHOW and NO communication. Have spent three hours on phone with no commitment other than. 24 hour window five days from now. Totally unacceptable!!

    Installed new internet router. Convinced me to purchase a new router to fix a Kindle that wouldn't connected. Had to spend for the router to fix the problem caused by Best Buy selling me an outdated Kindle only 6 months old. Not happy.

    ORBI Mesh system

    Geek squad rep was not able to get ORBI mesh system working. Rep was very polite and advised system was defective and that I should return it. I contacted ORBI’s customer service and after trouble shooting, we got it operational.

    SEVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED,SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND,AND WAS TOLD THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED.A WIRE WAS HOOKED TO THE WRONG SPOT ON MY ROUTER,AND WE COULD NOT HAVE GOT THE INTERNET,WHEN THE AGENT LEFT.I HOOKED THE WIRE TO THHE RIGHT SPOT,AND WAS CONNECTED,SO I FIXED IT MYSELF.THE AGENT WOULD NOT LET ME TALK TO A SUPERVISOR.I GOT FEED UP WITH HER ,AND HUNG UP.IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS,THEN I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYHING FROM YOU AGAIN.BEING A REETIRED US NAVY CHIEF .I WILL TELL ALL THE NAVY CHIEF'S IN THE US NAVY HOW I WAS TREATED.

    Geek squad could not help me with my hacked tv. He just said it was going out. So I just had him set up my WiFi.

    Your technician was fine but was unaware of what I needed done and wasn’t knowledgeable. Your in-store salesman did not listen to me when I told him what I wanted and consequently, the wrong person was sent out to me!

    The tech Zachery started a download to the Cloud and it is still loading after all this time - I thought the eero Pro 6 was suppose to help - and have had problems with a bedroom TV which is freezing up picture scrambles then comes back - still waiting for a receiver from AT&T to fix the TV in the office - My sister in Auburn contracted with GS after I told her about your service.

    Recommended by Geek Squad technician. Seemed to be great at first, but the problems of freezing, dropped signal and just not working happened within a couple of weeks. Eero's tech support tried, but didn't seem to help. Ditto with Geek squad. Bottom line is this doesn't help my wifi signal, possibly made it weaker.

    Geek Squad installed modem but I could no use voic

    Wifi was set up but it really was a waste of money. I was unable to use the wifi because it didnot have a phone jack so I had to return the wifi modem back to the store. Technician was great but I just wasted 80.00 had to go back to comcast and get there modem.

    Awful service. No one will answer a phone call. Scheduling impossible even at the store. I’ll be amazed if Best But doesn’t go out of business.
