Our sales lady was Kyana. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our PC Wi-Fi set up was Devin Wachuta. We are senior citizens with limited knowledge. He was excellent. Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.

They were awesome in setting up our system. Provided guidance and worked with us to learn.

When I needed help setting up a new modem and WiFi I wanted a service I knew could be trusted. My service person was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail to me. He was on time, careful, and knew exactly what needed to be done!

The Geeks have been here 3 times in the last 2 months to help resolve our tech issues. The first call was to mount, connect, and explain our new SMART TV. The guys were fast, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They could have told me we needed a new wall mount (for a lot of money) but instead said the current one was fine-and it works great. The second visit was to install a new router. Turns out that was not the best solution to our internet issues, and the lead that day, Oscar, clearly explained options and expected outcomes. He was great. The third time was to set up our mesh system. Roy was fast and efficient, but perhaps too fast for an older technology user. I had to assert myself to get all my questions answered. However, the system works great so we are happy. The tech guys arrived on time or even a bit early for all the appointments, and all called ahead of time to be sure we were available.

The techs set up the eeros system and connected all my electronics accordingly. Very professional and efficient. Answered all my questions. Couldn’t have made it any easier.

The office is a mess. No one seems to know what’s going on and no supervisors available if you can even get someone to answer the phone. The actual installers were fantastic, neat, polite and organized. I know one was named Todd. I would highly recommend them.

The guys tried to make my current system work for 45minutes without success. They suggested an alternative set up which they immediately installed. It works great and they were terrific!

Geek Squad technician (Cesar) was timely, knowledgeable, and very helpful in making decisions as to placement of the routers for the eero-Pro 6 Mesh Wi-Fi system.

The geeks know what they’re doing!! I had a problem waiting for service, getting it canceled and I didn’t check messages etc… communication mix up. When the guy came out he took care of everything very professionally… great service!

We had an internet outage and use a mesh wifi router. Being unable to get it up and running we called the geek squad. The agents were professional and courteous and were able to get our internet up and running in no time.

As scheduled, my install was done properly, i gained knowledge and was impressed by the professionalism i received. Geek squad put my mind at ease.

They set everything up for us, great job. Had a glitch or 2, but they were right back out to fix them. Very professional & courteous & never made us feel like we were not smart enough to make things work ( which very well could’ve been the case). Lol! Certainly glad we have them.

I purchased the hardware, eero 6, plus 2 Roku's, a 5-port Switch and the Total Tech package. This was done on 3/17/22. Prior to that, I spent considerable time working with Feliciano at the Tanasbourne store. He was extremely knowledgeable in helping me understand the system to be installed. This involved understanding the hardware and wiring of the old installation, what would be removed and what would be installed. I learned a lot about WIFI, routers, modems, switches, Coax, ethernet, fiber and Roku. My only problem with Best Buy's role in the process was the length of time between the purchase and the install which took place on 5/2/2022. This is just a few days short of 7 weeks. This was disappointing, but could not be avoided. Except for the scheduling delay, everyone at BestBuy was amazing. I can't say that for my experience dealing with my internet provider, which was Ziply. I won't go into details but it was an ordeal I hope I will never repeat. The cord has been cut.
