With COVID-19 raging in the country and more so in Florida, it was more than helpful to appreciated that the tech could come in (always wore a mask) He was great about explaining each function and suggestions for us to best utilize the new service/features.

The agent, Stuart, installed a new modem/router for us and made sure everything was working properly. He was very helpful and informative. We're pleased with the router and the service by Stuart.

We were very pleasantly surprised how smoothly the installation of our new networking equipment was installed by the Geek Squad representative. He was knowledgeable and efficient. No muss, no fuss. I'd do it again or recommend the service to others.

This is the first time I'm giving Best Buy a mediocre review. I had eero WiFi set up. Shaun, the installer was thorough, friendly, and professional (although as I realized later, the placement of the eero has some issues). However, when he left, he had no business card to give me. With prior installations, the installer would give me a card, and I could call with follow-up questions. I did have follow-up questions and contacted John Garcia who sold me the eero and was supposed to be my "go-to" if I had follow-up issues. Apparently he has been assigned elsewhere. I called my local Simi Valley store (per Shaun's parting comments as to what to do if I had questions) and sat on an endless hold until I got disconnected. I still have my questions and no answers. I much prefer how Best Buy used to be: the installer gave me contact info and I had 30 days access if something went wrong or I had questions. I'm hoping this lack of support is due to Covid19 reopening issues. I generally love Best Buy, but not so much lately.

Best Buy is a great place to shop with very knowledgeable associates to help you with your needs and computer or other things they sell.ive always have had good luck with purchases and after care buy the geek squad.I find it easier to get hooked up with cell service and more truthful answers to my questions

As always, this agent was on time, knowledgeable, and understood the needs of the customer, however usual or different. Will keep my service and maintenance agreement with Best Buy as long as Agent Chris is at the helm for home service.

Absolutely a must for people that are clueless on setup.

Geek Squad installed EEROS Mesh Network in no time at all. Cody installed both our Ring cameras & our mesh network. He’s great!

The techs installed a wi-fi in my jome and I no longer loose internet connection. They also made sure my printer was properly connected and that everything was working properly.

We were having setting up our Wireless Internet connection on our computers and tablets. The Geek Squad Agent knew right where to look and fixed the problem within minutes. He even took the time to make sure each of our electronic items were connecting and working correctly.

the agent went above and beyond to go get a cable I didn't know I needed to hook up my router and modem. she then worked with Xfinity to get things up and running. It is well worth the cost of service to have the help.
