The Geek squad did a great and thorough job of connecting my unit . Because I live in the country and we had icy roads he even brought his own vehicle so he could make it up my driveway. The tech did not leave until he made sure that all my WiFi products were working. Great job.

We were quite impressed with the speed and quality of the installation of our Google mesh set-up. He was very knowledgeable about all things internet and was able to answer any questions that we asked.

I have used them in the past to install TV's and such. They made the process of setting up my home network painless. They explained what they were doing, what to do if it went down, and even gave me the ability to contact them after if I had issues. They were respectful of my time, and did an excellent job.

The person that set up my equipment was very knowledgeable, very considerate and took the extra steps to make sure that everything was working the way it was supposed to. He was very patient when explaining how it works.

Agents came in mounted my TV, insured that is was working properly, and taught us how to use it. The installers were first rate, I also had some computer/net work issues that the installers referred to a specialized tec. Took a second visit but well worth the wait. Andrew went through my network and optimized my connections, taught me how to use the network more efficiently, and insured my computer protections and systems were up to date. This is one of the best, most informative hour that I have ever spent with a knowledgeable computer tech. His patience and making sure I understood my system and how in worked was excellent. You will see that I don't recommend any service/product because I don't like being blamed if I set the expectations too high and/or the product or services recommended don't measure up. Thank you all. You know great service is easy to get used to. :-)

Holly and Scott did a fantastic job in installing my router and getting everything up and running. They were very courteous and respectful. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the product and their installation work.

Product is ok, but most impressive is Nyk Butler, the geek squader who provided service. He displayed patience beyond all comprehension while dealing with my husband and me. The technician was very courteous, thorough, and professional in installing a my router and doing the home theater survey. After completion he checked my internet speeds and allowed me to check connectivity on several devices. Had some good suggestions on brands and getting the most for my money on the home theater survey.

The techs expertly diagnosed and solved a problem I was having with a new modem.
