There was so much work for The Geek Squad, but they knew what to do, explained it all and we couldn’t be happier! And all in time for football season!

Excellent service in setting up my new updated Home Wi-Fi and connection to my cable Wi-Fi provider. Now it is very efficient with much faster speed.

Te gentleman insisted a different wifi system than what I had initially purchased. I needed a system that would go through outside walls and connect to a mesh wifi extender. He said I needed a netgear AC 1900. Everything is working well with my new router.

Tech came to my home to verify and optimize my router and WiFi setup. He found several week spots in the home but was able to correct with subtle moves to my router and WiFi extender he discussed newer options for whole property internet without trying to oversell product

Install tech was right on schedule,friendly. He replaced my old equipment with new and explained what he was doing while he worked. He noticed my lack of a HDMI cable from tv to roku as he worked & suggested my reception would improve if I added one-which I did.

Installers George and James are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. When we purchased some add-on gear we asked for them specifically to come back for the install.

The agents came promptly, set up my new router, installed Webroot on my laptop, and fixed issues with my email. They showed me how to use extra features on my iPhone and connected it to the internet. They were wonderful!
