Excellent service. Technician understood the needs of setting up a Mesh network. After competition, I was shown the results of the network and all parts of our 2,000+ sq ft home is completely covered by a strong signal.

Jacob was a very educated installer but the extender was defective. He was personable and easy to talk to.

The agent connected the eero system quickly and made sure wi fi was working on my devices I thought needed checking. He even returned another day to help get wi fi on my wireless printer which I failed to tell him was not working and to make sure it was on my kindle also. Now all my devices are connected to wi fi and working correctly.

The Geek squad has always done a good job and this time is no exception. They came in professional as always, set it up, got it working, explained everything to me in a clear concise manner and then left. Always happy to use GS.

He did his best under adverse situation, ATT sends incompatible equipment, and the Geek squad was unable to install it, but he tried his best to make things work.

The Geek squad team did an awesome job installing and setting up the EEROS system in my home. They were very knowledgeable and explained how the system works. TheY downloaded the app on my iPhone and showed me how to use it. Great job.

Easily installed and small units are not highly visible around house. Was a very fast install and Geek squad understood product and where to place multi units around house for best coverage

Good job, and solved some key problems, but was pushed to get to his next job, so he could not fully help us work through some other related issues.

TVs throughout house did not work well with cable router. Couldn't get Netflix, Amazon Prime , etc on tvs upstairs. Now with the WiFi Mesh system the there is no problem and regular stations do not go on and off. So far it works great.

The Geek Squad has literally saved us countless headaches and more than paid for itself. They set up everything and gave us suggestions how to use the product better for all our devices
