The agent admitted this was the first eero that he had installed but that he reviewed the information the evening before. He was enthusiastic to do the job. Everything went smoothly.

Mike from Geek Squad kept me informed on his status. He called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He finished the install and hooked up all my devices effortlessly.

The agent’s were careful and organized all the cables as they installed the three Eeros through out the home . They explained how the Wi-Fi will work much better and answered all my questions. It was money well spent.

The Geek Squad Agent John arrived in a timely manner and had my system set-up and running in about half an hour and most of that was having to walk through the registration process with provider and Netgear.

The Geek Squad representative did a great job of troubleshooting the issues associated with my internet provider and the new Google home wifi system. I do not believe I would have been able to solve these issues myself, so I was very happy I purchased this install.
