The agent sent was knowledgeable, competent and helpful; all my computers can now access my network printer. Due to the fact that I us both Win 10 and XP, and reduced security, we decided NO network access for the XP computers.

This was my first time working with the Geek Squad and to be honest I was hesitant - I was wrong. Chad did a great job - and was the professional I needed to get the job done. Courteous, efficient and did I mention Professional? I will not hesitate in the future.

Kevin did an excellent job as always. He explained everything thoroughly and goes beyond and checks out everything connected to my problems. Also helped me set up my remote to turn on everything with one push of a button. And introduces me to new products

I used the Geek Squad to install my Eero 6 Wi-Fi system. It was a flawless set-up and well worth the money. While I could have installed myself, the tech knew the nuances on how to configure with the equipment in my home. I have in excess of 60 Smart Home devices and they all transferred over seamlessly. I didn't have to go through the painful process of reinstalling the Wi-Fi name and password for each device. (Devices: Security System, Ring Doorbell, My-Q Garage Door opener, smart plugs, lights, ceiling fans, phones, computers, and network printer.) He also optimized the location of the equipment so that it hit the entire house with a great signal. This includes the garage and the back patio. Money well spent.

Extremely pleased with the product. The only drawback is that the eero does not have a usb port for networking hard drives.

I would not have been able to set all this stuff by myself. The Geek Squad agents were very helpful.

The two gentlemen that came to install the router and wifi were very professional and walked us step by step on what they were doing. They even showed me how to operate my LG televison

Best Buy installed a whole house wifi setup. Placed new modem and wireless routers in best location for excellent reception. This is a challenge in a small attached condo with a basement. They met the challenge and then some. I couldn't be happier.

Mr Thum was on time, called an hour before his arrival, courteous and instructive during his visit, resolved the problems left behind by the last installer, and called the next day to ensure the system was working properly.

Equipment works perfectly and install was great employee informative and courteous.

Although they try hard, not sure the ability is up to standards. But they did come out twice with no complaints.

Needed assistance configuring Orbi 960 and Satellites. Techs from appliance department filled in for a sick tech. Everything went well.

A few months ago I purchased the EERO 6 Pro Router Wi-Fi. Although the instructions and online videos made it seem set-up would be easy and effortlessly, I waited until I got my new laptop and purchased the BB TotalTech for set-up. The tech was very! knowledgeable; he downloaded the EERO app on my phone, together we made a password, and then he was diligent in making sure all my household devices where being recognized in short order of time. Whow! My internet speeds have increased and there is no more buffering/dead spots in my older story and a half home which has plaster walls. Thank you Best Buy TotalTech!

Absolutely a must for people that are clueless on setup.

On time, knowledgeble, did what i asked and needed. Id call again i a heart beat!
