The technicians who moved my computer system into my "office" were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. These techs were excellent representatives for the Geek Squad.

?Equipment delivered to home. Geek Squad came and set up the wifi and worked on various things to be sure it worked with the TV, phone and computer plus security system. Very pleasant and efficient.

Over the month of January Geek Squad Josh set up our mesh router system, Mac laptop and HP printer as well as troubleshot a few download issues. Very attentive to our needs, patient in all ways with our questioning and inexperience with the networking needed to get us going. Josh kept us in the loop with our setup dates and any delays related to Covid staffing. He had nothing but good things to say about Best Buy which reconfirmed our experience in the store and with the Geek Squad as a whole. Please be sure to relay our thoughts with Josh as we were most pleased with his work, his work ethic and his overall team spirit.

Agents arrived to the home on a timely basis and installed the nodes - we finally have wifi throughout the house!!!

The guys were great and very polite Installed everything fast and explained everything perfectly so I could understand, And they checked everything to make sure all was hooked up right and working. Thanks guys A job well done.

Very professional and helpful in helping to set up a new mesh wifi. I usually like to set these new things ip myself but was running into some issues with Homekit which they were able to help me with. Even said they’d come back if any issues persisted.

I was so happy I didn't have to figure out how to hook everything up. Did it before and it was so stressful because I couldn't get the TV to work correctly. Well worth the price --- got trouble-free install and they gave me a lot of information.

Great service call!!! Just need followup to complete action. Products not available on the truck or technicians home location to be able to provide on the service call.Great service but problem not resolved. Current system not sufficient for coverage of house so recommendation from technician was to purchase another Orbi unit and have it installed on the lower floor to provide Wi-Fi signal to the front and left-side of the bottom floor. I'm purchasing the item because his location didn't stock it and scheduling another appointment which initial technician is required to perform to minimize the time and effort required to perform the service redo since he made the adjustments and is familiar with what needs to be done to complete it I don't have time to start over!!!!

Tarik is absolutely AMAZING! Over the top service that is so rare to find these days. And he adds kindness and personal care as a cherry on top. Not to mention being an excellent technician who worked through numerous complications to get the wifi working. Without a strong consistent signal, my elderly aunt would not be able to continue live in her home. And I wouldn’t be able to work there remotely. So we are especially grateful for Tarik!!

We had Geek Squad come to our house to install our new cable modem and router. It was fast and easy. And the items work as we needed them to. Will use them again! I recommended them to my parents in Michigan and my parents said they had great service too.

The Geek Squad installed my new Google Nest WiFi Pro 6e mesh system, after I tried and failed. They were quick to arrive, and very professional in their work. At first, they had the same problem I had--unable to connect to the Internet. The problem required a return trip, but on the second time they fixed it. The problem, I think, is opaque instructions from Google. I was pleased with Geek Squad's determination to get things right, and their ultimate ability to do just that.

The tech was amazing, knew what he was doing and was very ccurteous, answering alll questions that I had! Please give him a raise!

They arrived when they said they would. They were meticulous in setting up the products purchased, ensured they were working properly and made sure my wife and I understood the operation of the products and were able to operate them.

Our network included: wi-fi, TV streaming services, phone, computers, home audio, and more. The Geek Squad engineer made our network set-up look easy, even though I had tried and failed to figure it out myself, as an engineer. Aaron was an excellent communicator, asking what we needed the network to do, then setting everything up accordingly. He explained the capabilities of our new network, and made numerous customizations (like multiple tiers of wi-fi, internal set-up tweaks, cell phone apps, and more). He took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure every item in the home was optimally hooked-up to the network. Aaron exceeded our expectations in every regard. We will be using the Geek Squad again and recommending them to our new neighbors and friends. We now have a network that fits our new home, our streaming needs, and we know how to use it!
