Installers George and James are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. When we purchased some add-on gear we asked for them specifically to come back for the install.

Not to mention being an excellent technician who worked through numerous complications to get the wifi working. Without a strong consistent signal, my elderly aunt would not be able to continue live in her home. And I wouldn’t be able to work there remotely. So we are especially grateful for Tarik!!

We've been having trouble getting good signal througout the house with everyone working at home these days; Geek squad team did a great job setting up an EERO router which also has hard lines on the pods so much improved wi-fi!!

Showed up on time, Quickly got everything up and running on all devices, set the App up on my cell phone, filled me in, friendly enough -------- all set for the year, worth the $100 bucks!

The Geek Squad man was on time, despite snow and ice! He set up the new wifi system in three different buildings really quickly. We tested it with all the gadgets and made sure everything worked! It was so much easier than trying to muddle through it myself.

Needed assistance configuring Orbi 960 and Satellites. Techs from appliance department filled in for a sick tech. Everything went well.

I used the GerkSquad for some in-home tech support. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to arrive, got the job done without a hitch, answered all of my questions, and were very professional. Even offered some suggestions on future capabilities and services but explained the pros and cons to each one instead of just trying to sell the latest shinny object.
