We wanted to upgrade our wifi set up. We have up to a gig and wanted a router that was more capable. With 7 streaming TV's, several cameras, security, laptops , tablets and other wireless items we were not looking forward to changing it all over. The Geek Squad handled it all flawlessly and much quicker that if we did it ourselves.

The agents came in and connected my two computers so I can work on either one and be up to date. They were pleasant and efficient and not a bit condescending. Thank you guys!

The Tech that was sent to deal with the problem was not the right person for the job but he was able to resolve it anyway. The job was to reconnect my TV to the internet but the person that was sent was told that the job was to set up a Wi-Fi system; so thumbs down to Best Buy for sending the wrong tech, which was not his fault. Fortunately, he was smart enough to suggest doing a reboot of the TV and that did resolve the problem; so thumbs up to the Tech for his expertise in an area that was not his specialty!

The Geek Squad installed my new Google Nest WiFi Pro 6e mesh system, after I tried and failed. They were quick to arrive, and very professional in their work. At first, they had the same problem I had--unable to connect to the Internet. The problem required a return trip, but on the second time they fixed it. The problem, I think, is opaque instructions from Google. I was pleased with Geek Squad's determination to get things right, and their ultimate ability to do just that.

Quick and straighforward install and setup. Went over best locations for placement and possible new positioning as I moved forward.

Agent returned to resolve an issue that occurred two weeks after our sevice. He was efficient, respectful and knowledable. This is why we love our Geek Squad membership. Can't be without the Geek Squard.

Te gentleman insisted a different wifi system than what I had initially purchased. I needed a system that would go through outside walls and connect to a mesh wifi extender. He said I needed a netgear AC 1900. Everything is working well with my new router.

Geek squad came out and installed my new Eero wi-fi.I always have great service with Best Buy and Total Tech.

Had a few problems on setup, but after speaking with the geek squad assured me the issue with be resolved after setting up an appointment for geek squad to return and the issue would be solved

The guys set up my wifi and answered all my questions......they even helped with information about my slow cable connection and, because of their help, we were able to get better cable service. It was a great deal - paying for wifi set up. Thanks.

The Geek Squad Agent John arrived in a timely manner and had my system set-up and running in about half an hour and most of that was having to walk through the registration process with provider and Netgear.

Great person, great customer service and very knowledgeable at their job. Could not ask for better in home service. I was somewhat concerned about using the Geek Squad but that has changed. No worries to request a return visit if ever needed.

The agent thoroughly reviewed my hard wired network and my several wi-fi networks, made adjustments to optimize performance helped me install an app on my phone to check the performance of my networks, and made recommendations for future enhancements. All this was done with extreme professionalism, and with a collaborative approach that I very much appreciated, because he did not make me feel like an idiot. I recommend Geek Squad and Agent Miguel as highly and strongly as I possibly could

The agent’s were careful and organized all the cables as they installed the three Eeros through out the home . They explained how the Wi-Fi will work much better and answered all my questions. It was money well spent.

Install tech was right on schedule,friendly. He replaced my old equipment with new and explained what he was doing while he worked. He noticed my lack of a HDMI cable from tv to roku as he worked & suggested my reception would improve if I added one-which I did.
