The agent thoroughly reviewed my hard wired network and my several wi-fi networks, made adjustments to optimize performance helped me install an app on my phone to check the performance of my networks, and made recommendations for future enhancements. All this was done with extreme professionalism, and with a collaborative approach that I very much appreciated, because he did not make me feel like an idiot. Anthony was prompt and courteous. All went well with downloading a program from my computer, putting on a flash drive and installing it to my Yamaha player piano which is connected to the internet.

The WiFi was set up and suggestions were made to further assist the “dead spots” areas but since then there is a further upgrade which I am more interested in so I do not want the google WiFi any longer to cover my household

Geek squad came out and installed my new Eero wi-fi.I always have great service with Best Buy and Total Tech.

The agent connected the eero system quickly and made sure wi fi was working on my devices I thought needed checking. He even returned another day to help get wi fi on my wireless printer which I failed to tell him was not working and to make sure it was on my kindle also. Now all my devices are connected to wi fi and working correctly.

The techs arrived when they said they would be here and spent a lot of time setting up my eeros and went through each device and set it up to make sure it was working properly. They were very patient and they did aa great job! Thank you!

The technician was very courteous, thorough, and professional in installing a my router and doing the home theater survey. After completion he checked my internet speeds and allowed me to check connectivity on several devices. Had some good suggestions on brands and getting the most for my money on the home theater survey.

You are going to want to get this!!! My mesh system was fighting with Spectrum and the result was a weak signal. The Geek Squad came in for the rescue!! I recommend this for all!

Fo and Jacob worked their schedules together in order to expedite the installation and setup of my eero WiFi mesh network system after a scheduling snafu the previous day. Fo did an excellent job setting up and explaining the basics, and also agreed that this specific WiFi mesh system was an excellent choice for my application.
