Jesse came to help, and he was wonderful. He made my new modem+router work with my mesh system and my security system. Jesse took the time to explain why it didn’t work before he helped. This is important, since his explanations may have prevented future operator errors from me. I highly recommend service from Total Tech. One very important note – – Total Tech members only get free tech support if they make the appointment when they purchase new equipment.

The agents are knowledgeable and cooperative and explain us all the details that we are supposed to know to operate our systems effectively. I have recommended them in my community to use their services

FINALLY got my Google 4 pc Mesh Wifi system installed by the Geek Squad.. Took quite a while as my house is realllly long and all of the walls inside are insulated so I have never gotten good wifi reception in here. It took a lot of playing around to get the 4 units placed perfectly throughout so that the entire house including upstairs had a solid connection. The squad showed me how to work it and fine tune it in case I had problems with it later.. They were awesome and didn't mind staying later to do a perfect job for us. Definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

The agent did a great job in setting up my new equipment. It was up and working in no time at all.

Geek guy showed up early, found out what I was doing wrong, and corrected all issues. Did not leave until we confirmed the router and roku were working. Next time I should be able to fix this myself. Great Job.

Michael & Jonathan arrived as scheduled to install a mesh WiFi, which I had purchased earlier at Best Buy. Michael looked at the product, looked at our 2-story house, and said, "This really isn't the best product for your house." He & Jonathan went back to their store and picked up an eero Pro Mesh WiFi System for us. Once back at the house, they quickly installed it, made sure all our computers were logged into it, and plugged our printer directly into one of the eero units so that all computers could print on the one printer. Michael & Jonathan were both professional and personable, and we were very grateful for all they did for us. We paid for the eero system, and I returned the original purchase to Best Buy with no problem.

The agent did an excellent job diagnosing what was going wrong with the wi-fi system. The computer, new printer and phone all now interact as they should. The agent was very pleasant and easy to work with.

The tech explained and set up the Eero Wi-Fi system in minutes. As always answered any questions, arrived on time.

Our guy worked tirelessly for an extended period of time to ensure our new router & modem were properly installed and our devices were connected. I forgot to have him reconnect our printer but that’s on me even though I’m sure he saw it!

The 1st agent came out I told him I needed security light and the areas I needed monitored. He suggested what would be good for the areas and what band width I needed. He placed the order/shipped to my home. The 2nd agent came out to install 2 Ring doorbells/2 floodlight monitors he set the boundaries so that it would capture my areas and not the neighbors. The 3rd agent was an electrician for the floodlight on the garage that had to be wired. They set and placed eeroos for best reception and setup on my phone so I could monitor. My areas that are monitored driveway, front door, side of house, garage area and backyard patio.

There is just no substitute for having the trained and competent staff of the Geek Squad to pop in and accomplish the installation of any and all items without the aggravation of having to do it one's self.

The Best Buy Geek squad is the best. They were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Ben Fitzgerald came to my house to connect up my new wi-fi unit and upgrade my WD My Cloud. He did a great job. Very knowledgeable and an easy person to interface with.

Geek squad was ver good. Did a good job installing my equipment. Checked connections on all my devices. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS HIIW LONG IT TOOK TO GET THE GEEK SQUAD TECH HERE. THEY NEED MORE WORKERS.
