Mike from Geek Squad kept me informed on his status. He called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He finished the install and hooked up all my devices effortlessly.

Tech came to my home to verify and optimize my router and WiFi setup. He found several week spots in the home but was able to correct with subtle moves to my router and WiFi extender he discussed newer options for whole property internet without trying to oversell product

Great service call!!! Just need followup to complete action. Products not available on the truck or technicians home location to be able to provide on the service call.Great service but problem not resolved. Current system not sufficient for coverage of house so recommendation from technician was to purchase another Orbi unit and have it installed on the lower floor to provide Wi-Fi signal to the front and left-side of the bottom floor. I'm purchasing the item because his location didn't stock it and scheduling another appointment which initial technician is required to perform to minimize the time and effort required to perform the service redo since he made the adjustments and is familiar with what needs to be done to complete it I don't have time to start over!!!!

I used the Geek Squad to install my Eero 6 Wi-Fi system. It was a flawless set-up and well worth the money. While I could have installed myself, the tech knew the nuances on how to configure with the equipment in my home. I have in excess of 60 Smart Home devices and they all transferred over seamlessly. I didn't have to go through the painful process of reinstalling the Wi-Fi name and password for each device. (Devices: Security System, Ring Doorbell, My-Q Garage Door opener, smart plugs, lights, ceiling fans, phones, computers, and network printer.) He also optimized the location of the equipment so that it hit the entire house with a great signal. This includes the garage and the back patio. Money well spent.

A few months ago I purchased the EERO 6 Pro Router Wi-Fi. Although the instructions and online videos made it seem set-up would be easy and effortlessly, I waited until I got my new laptop and purchased the BB TotalTech for set-up. The tech was very! knowledgeable; he downloaded the EERO app on my phone, together we made a password, and then he was diligent in making sure all my household devices where being recognized in short order of time. Whow! My internet speeds have increased and there is no more buffering/dead spots in my older story and a half home which has plaster walls. Thank you Best Buy TotalTech!

Set up mesh units, told me how to move and add as needed, and checked to confirm that all worked well.

The agent sent was knowledgeable, competent and helpful; all my computers can now access my network printer. Due to the fact that I us both Win 10 and XP, and reduced security, we decided NO network access for the XP computers.

Over the month of January Geek Squad Josh set up our mesh router system, Mac laptop and HP printer as well as troubleshot a few download issues. Very attentive to our needs, patient in all ways with our questioning and inexperience with the networking needed to get us going. Josh kept us in the loop with our setup dates and any delays related to Covid staffing. He had nothing but good things to say about Best Buy which reconfirmed our experience in the store and with the Geek Squad as a whole. Very professional and helpful in helping to set up a new mesh wifi. I usually like to set these new things ip myself but was running into some issues with Homekit which they were able to help me with. Even said they’d come back if any issues persisted.

The tech explained and set up the Eero Wi-Fi system in minutes. As always answered any questions, arrived on time.
