Excellent, solved my issues quickly and answered questions which I could understand.

Arrived on time. Kept us informed. Called before arriving and called as he left his last customer to let us know he was on his way. Fixed the problem. Great service and very friendly.

Very happy with Geek Squad WiFi Setup Service. Had to connect several devices including TV, DVD player, PC, laptop and two printers. Everything is running the way it should.

Eric, our Geek, came as promised and after a brief introduction got right to work. He quickly found our problem and fixed it. Then he organized our wifi/ethernet system and rewired it with an easy to figure out color coded system. After thoroughly checking it out he straightened out the wire rats nest. He also tweaked some system settings. Finally he created a color coded diagram of oooour system. He made our day. Who would have thought doctors made house calls?

The service tech who came out to our house was professional and very helpful. The service tech took the time to explain all the elements and the likely impact they would have.

Agent located source that caused new printer printing & not printing & removed it.

The Tech that was sent to deal with the problem was not the right person for the job but he was able to resolve it anyway. The job was to reconnect my TV to the internet but the person that was sent was told that the job was to set up a Wi-Fi system; so thumbs down to Best Buy for sending the wrong tech, which was not his fault. Fortunately, he was smart enough to suggest doing a reboot of the TV and that did resolve the problem; so thumbs up to the Tech for his expertise in an area that was not his specialty!

The technician straightened out lots of problems with my computer and devices and got me on the right path to do my work. He was great and explained everything slowly and carefully.

While we didn't expect to need such an expensive system, the sales team and installment person couldn't have been more efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They even solved some network problems that we hadn't expected to be in their purview.

Excellent service from Mark! He installed Eero wifi extenders and got our wifi working in every room. He was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, on time.

The setup was pretty easy and love the app on my phone that shows each device contacted to my router and where it at in the house.
